When I order and pay for four bagels, I expect to receive four bagels. Really annoying that I had to go home, learn that I received only two of the four I ordered and payed for and go back for the other two. How hard is it, your POS System tells you exactly what I order. Laziness, carelessness, seriously, hire competent people.
I went here this morning and wasted 8 dollars on a cold egg and cheese sandwich which took 10 mins to make after receiving my coffee which was 3/4 filled with ice and cap was not on properly causing some to spill... the drive thru was empty, I was the only one in it and the lobby only had one customer so I am confused as to why it took 2 people 10 mins to make a sandwich especially when it was still cold. I'm not one to complain or leave bad reviews but this was ridiculous and a total waste of my time and money... will never be returning to this Dunkin again... there are too many dunkins around, many of which have better service so for that I'm grateful to not have to give my business to this dunkin
I don't know who made my latte but it was one of the best I ever had thank you so much friendly staff.
Awesome employees, very friendly. Ordering is easy. And most of the time its right. Place is very clean.
The employees are so cheerful even if they are busy. Nice to hear this in the morning
