It's always been a 5 star but for some reason it has fallen off recently. My egg, bacon, cheese wrap was still cold when I ate it. More attention to detail will put it back to 5 star review.
My go to place for ice coffee. Very busy staff, but they never mess up my order. Great crew of ladies that are efficient and work well together as a team.
I absolutely hate the service here,If the ppl working there paid more attention to the orders maybe more customers would go there.

Everytime I decide to come to this location, which is maybe once a week or every two weeks, I seem to get the same rude worker! Nicole constantly seems to give me the nastiest attitude and I am unable to understand why. All the other ladies are very polite and accommodating to my husband and I, but Nicole is just awful. Not only to me, but to others in the store. Other than this, the food is great and my coffee is made well.
It's a Dunkin. With that being said it's one of the only one's that are open on the Holidays wich is nice on Christmas eve or even Thanksgiving.

This has been “my” Dunkin’ for some time now. My mobile order is always ready when I arrive. Food & drinks are always made correctly. All around great service.
This is the best Dunkin' donuts in the city of Fall River. They have everything that a dunk's can have for bakery items and the promotional items that Dunkin donuts has on their commercials is available at this location. This makes me believe that The store is on by the corporation Dunkin donuts not by single person or management company. I would recommend this Dunkin donuts out of all of them in the city.
