I’ve lived near this Dunkin for 4 years. It amazes me that this management has not been replaced. Ignorant , slow , rude , incompetent. non professional in every way. Employees yelling and swearing to each other. Walking away from the counter to chit chat with there friends. And not a care in the world for there jobs. Worsts coffee I’ve ever had time and time again. Never have any donuts and if you order food your likely to be forgotten about. A visit here will keep you for 20-40 minutes. Flat out lazy

The most rude and worthless employees I've ever met.I had them remake a coffee twice because the coffee was obviously burnt nothing against their skills whatsoever and the disgusting TalkBack that I got from not one not two but theee individuals was uncalled for.Then when I asked for a refund they told me they couldn't give it to me because there wasn't a manager on duty.
Rude staff, was cut off by someone coming into the parking lot from a different entrance and cussed at when I tried to tell them I was first in the drive thru. Unorganized parking lot. I was there first and the line was clearly formed from the entrance I came in.

May as well have been talkin to in a morgue to cashier.( male) . looks down and says amountThen looks at me like duh" , silence no motionLike i didnt really hear him say amount. Wasn't looking at me to say so ! Customers service is eye contact and speaking to the customer saying the amount. And have a great day !?Sales # 396978 tyler

Coffees are never right. You wait 15 minutes to get your food while the woman at the sand-which station makes remarks about do people ever eat at home . Management is unprofessional. Worst Dunkin in Fall RIver.
Even though staff was short the young ladies was very respectable. Store was very clean more clean when the other few times i visit. I hope these young ladies get a raise. Its so hard to find good worker's going threw this covid 19. Much love to The young ladies and their families. And who ever trained them.
Second day in a row where my beyond simple order was either messed up or completely ignoredIf I watch another cook make em entire drive thru rush and skip my bacon egg and cheese slip one more time.The girl responsible for these mishaps is given full reign of what ever station she is on with out super visionWhen she looks like she ready to throw back another line of fettyDo something about your staff cause you got a lot of people running around in there who have no idea what they are doingAnd if that chick can’t get it straight by my next visit I expect her to be gone completelyIf it were my kitchen she would already be fired
