Rude. Got order wrong. Called us names and came out and threatened us
Definitely the worst Dunkin Donuts in Fall River. I order on the app and go there almost every day. The staff is very rude and my order is always wrong, And they never want to look at the receipt they always think I'm lying! Boycott this location definitely. So I was reading orher comments about 5 years ago all 5 stars, not anymore, doesn't the Manager or company read these and do something about it
I was impressed honestly. I had the chicken burrito with black beans brown rice and sour cream and it was delicious.
This place use to be good now it sucks everyday there is a huge line the inside is never open and the management is absolutly pathetic this place needs to shut down im no longer a 3 time a day customer ill go to another this place needs to go out of bizz
Be nice if they got the order right. Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant through the drive-thru. Get home and have a sesame seed bagel - which I don't even like. Thanks for the stellar service!
I asked for a medium iced cappuccino with skim and one sugar and they gave me a medium iced latte with Splenda and whole milk. I informed the drive through window and I saw them go pour the same cup into the blender, pour it in the same cup, and try to hand it to me. I am allergic to something in Splenda and lactose intolerant. Informed them of this and they took the cup back and asked me to pull up only after they were all arguing about remaking the cup. 11:20am 11/21 they are lucky I didn’t trust them once again after paying 5.00 and had fo drive to another dunkin. Just plain out rotten people.
Best location ever!! The line can be out to the street but still moves quicker than any other Dunkin with only few cars in line. Friendly, and never mess up orders!! Morning shift by far are the best and extremely nice!! (Especially Onida!!)?
Foods ok, but I wish they could get the order straight...My fault didn't notice untill I got home.
This Dunkin use to be the best in the FR area. You could count on getting a delicious cup of coffee every time you went. However, lately it has been slacking big time! The coffee tastes burnt, wraps are either burnt or barely cooked, hash browns are overcooked and completely inedible. The munchkins are rock hard, you could use them as a hockey puck. Flies inside the donut casings. The workers have nasty attitudes and god forbid you tell them they made your coffee wrong or that your food is overcooked, they'll just tell you to make it yourself at home lololol.
