I love this location for the friendly service and fresh coffee. The staff rock at this location for the professional service they provide. The place is always clean and hardly ever a line thanks to the hard working people who work their.
So it is June 16 and between 11 and 12 PM I was at this location and a deaf woman came in did not speak English it was very clear that she didn’t so they tried speaking Spanish to her which she understood some of it but she speaks sign language the workers were very rude to her telling her to write it down obviously if she does not speak English she cannot write in English and they were not very helpful they did get what she needed with me and my son‘s help but they were very rude to her and then after she left they were making fun of her which was not OK when I said irritated my soul I mean that even my son was not very happy with that that was a little ridiculous actually a lot ridiculous and they should be kinder to their customers I Co treat somebody like that that you don’t even know imagine what they do to their own people in the fact that it is June 17 and they treated a woman of color like that that was deaf
They never make my coffee right.and for a donut shop they Barely have donuts.
I go to this dunking everyday and the ladies there are generally nice and accommodating... But today I had to physically go into the store because I have lost my voice... I had to whisper to order... as my job too is a cashier and since I've been incapable of talking I had to put a sign on my counter informing people I cannot talk I have no voice... For about a week now people have been mocking me and laughing like it's a joke... As the cashier I just grin and bare it, but as the customer I found it really unprofessional and I've had enough of people mocking me and laughing... I called her out on laughing at me and she proceeded to argue with me... DO NOT argue with someone who can barely talk, it's already a stressful situation for me, she should have just apologized and we could have moved on from the situation, but here I am writing a poor review because the Dunkin cashier has 0 consideration...
Friendly staff, but they never have seasonal flavors, or milk substitutes in stock.
They do have Flavors in Coffee too, and there super Hot to.☕
the blonde lady serving me was awesome but the cranky girl that made my sandwich messed it up :( I was already having a stressed out day as it was so ....I ate the sandwich anyways...I had a free drink on the app but the app wasn't working and they wouldn't honor it....Why have an app if it's always messing up :(
One of the worst Dunkin's in the City of Fall River! I walk in many different times throughout different days and i could stand there for 10 minutes while they serve and wait on drive through only!! Hello people need service inside too!!?? Need New Staff Or BIG CHANGES!
