My favorite Dunkin in the city, the staffs always friendly & orders are always correct
Missing item. Clerk gave me attitude and repeatedly questioned my order. Some hash browns were burned & the rest were hard to chew. Asked for napkins (none were in bags) and was told they were on bag. I said there are none, may I have a couple. She grabbed bag looked in and then gave me 1 napkin. I wasn't upset but her attitude was wrong/bad.

I love this Dunkin’ Donuts. I had such a great experience with this young girl who took my order today. She was very sweet. I did not like the attitude of her coworker who was quite blatantly being rude and aggressive to her. This poor girl was so stressed by this woman. I felt nothing but anger towards how this woman was treating her. I believe this coworkers name was K? I didn’t catch her first name. I hope management settles this issue, and addresses how this woman treats customers as well as her coworkers. She has a attitude. My coffee was completely wrong, that she made. It’s completely unnecessary and unprofessional!!! Overall the other staff is amazing, quick service, and good coffees.
Great place
This has become my favorite Dunkin in Fall River. I’m crossing my fingers that it stays that way.Everyday I stop in before work and get my latte. It’s always made correctly and quickly, wether if I order on the go or order inside. The staff is efficient and very kind. They never have a long line to wait in either. Very clean location too, I don’t think I’ve ever seen this particular location dirty. I’ll keep coming to this one for my daily latte and any other Dunkin’ trips.Thank you to the staff for always being so polite :)! Great customer service.
I hate dunkin will never go there. They were actually good when they were Dunkin DONUTS, and well before "America runs on dunkin".
