Good Customer service in Drive thur I've gone the last two days and the Lady in drive Thur Seems to have bad Hygiene she does have a aid bandage around her hand which is understandable but to not clean it and have dirty finger nails is unexpectable. Who wants there Food after that. UPDATE : DRIVE THUR FEMALE that looked dirty i Have not seen anymore in drive thur
Moved to the area about a year ago. They have not gotten a single order of mine correct in that time (multiple orders a week). The attitude and profanity of the employee are so terrible my wife won't even bring our children inside anymore. I now avoid this store like the plague.
I’m an old customer and they take long, but lately they have been speeding and like has been moving i could be all the way in the back and in 2 or 3 minutes they already taking my order new managers and new ppl spread the word this store has potential!!
Used to be good but last couple times I've gone they have messed up my order and I've gotten lates with either just straight coffee (paying more for a cheaper coffee) or it's just milk how do you mess up so badly
I don’t enjoy hearing the word “fucking “ frequently. One of the female employee needs to speak softly when sharing with other employees. The salted caramel drink is on the windows. Yet when I asked they said there out of it. Didn’t get a receipt. Food was great.
Dunkin' donuts isn't what it used to be.. overpriced coffee is not the same it's gone too corporate
The drive thru is usually fast enough lol and always make my coffee right but.. Dunkin employees need a serious attitude adjustment. And it’s not just this place either it’s most of them in the Fallriver area .

Very rude woman. She should not be taking orders from customers as she does not know how to treat tne customers
