Hey what can I say American runs on Duncan they're fast and courteous and the food is hot.
The service is the slowest I've ever seen. The drive through dont expect to be going anywhere anytime fast.
Yes it may be slow service but tell me a fast food place that isn't slow service right now. These kids are trying going to school n working as well. I go here ever day around 130pm to get my coffee before work or even my days off they know me as the sunflower car lol but the service is great regardless if they are slow because they are short handed Noone wants to work so whom do show up to work to help us customer are doing a great job. Yes most of them are new n soon they will be pros we need to respect them and give them a try. They may get it wrong the 1st time but the 2nd time they will do better. They are trying there best. Believe in them.
Great place for slow service and wrong orders! If you want to be late for work and not get what you paid for, stop on by! You're almost guaranteed to be disappointed!!! But the staff is nice, so I gave them an extra star.
Service is terrible and extremely untimely. Constant line out to the street and out the door. This level of service is truly unacceptable and embarrassment to the franchise.

They have 6 staff on all work in the drivethrough and none for that lying inside the sock. Just slowest laziest staff I've ever seen

Someone at dunks needs to get the driver in am an alarm clock. Keep not having items because his delivery didnt arrive. Sorry but by 630am is not too early to expect they have all their products ready for sale. Wonder who's overseeing him, if maybe his/her supervisor isn't doing their job mmm
