We get pizza and pasta bowls from here more often than I should admit. The customer service is always great and friendly. One time we even forgot to get the pasta bowls with marinara sauce instead of alfredo and they fixed it even though it was completely our fault. No matter what part of the city we're at we'll always order pickup from this location. Best Domino's in the city.
Everytime i eat there pizza i feel nausea and need to puke never again dominos. Worst pizza around.

***Would be a negative stars if possible.***Rhode Island Ave in Fall River MA.First time customer. Ordered online for pickup.2 steak and cheese sandwiches. Saw the order was ready online and I was actually in the parking lot already waiting, so I went right in. The person behind the counter said, it wasn't ready yet and had me wait a few minutes. That's fine. But apparently it was just them being mean to me.I picked up order at 10:50pm. By the time I saw the sandwiches were burnt, had no steak in them, they were hard and inedible it was 11pm. I promptly called them back, but they were closed. Online it says open till 1am, but it's covid. I understand.I called the next morning and the manager said she couldn't help me because I didn't call back that night. I did explain to her I tried. I even still have the inedible sandwiches. She said there was nothing she could do and to call the next day to talk to the district manager, Victoria.I did call Victoria and she also said, there was nothing she could do. NOTHING!!!! REALLY!?She said if I texted her pictures of the sandwiches and she agreed they were "burnt" she would give me a refund. She also told me to call corporate, which they all must have had a good laugh at, because "corporate" is an automated message saying to call the store or go online, which I had already done.Now it's 4 days later and no one has contacted me back. Not the district manager or the online people. Won't be holding my breath, but come on people. What's wrong with you? Just plain disrespectful and mean. Let alone serving gross food. Now we know.
The only Dominos that violates public health protocol in the city.Placed and order they sent the wrong food and told me they’d send a driver back with my correct pizza and in order to do so they need the mistake pizza to be returned to them. Not that it’s a problem but are you kidding me??They did the same when their driver was 15 + min late on delivering my food. Newsflash them bags don’t keep pizza hot for 30- 40 minutes smh.When they dropped it off it was less than the equivalent of a frozen pizza hard and greasy ice cold and they’re like ok we will be taking the others back yikes ?They need get their #~%}* together it’s a horrible store with the highest prices for delivery too. I feel bad because their insane 5.99 delivery fee must definitely take away from the drivers who use their own vehicles tips. Probably why they can’t keep help ??♀️

Best pizza chain location in the city. The pan pizza is spot on and their chicken is very good. Definitely recommend the store located near Tiverton on Tucker Street. Best location in Fall River imo.
Worst pizza.. I ordered a gluten free pizza and they sent a hand tossed pizza. That first order took 50 minutes, called and they sent out a new gluten free pizza and driver was sent to the wrong address and my pizza, 50 minutes later was cold.. Never Again.
It's crazy how a 100 million dollar franchise a year, Charges you for hidden fees I ordered a few things on it their menu My order came out to $25.65 they charged my card $30.77 Call them back to notify the situationAnd they tell me there's nothing they can do, tell me my food is going to be there in 32 -40 minutes, Hour and 20 minutes later still waiting for my food had to just finally cancel and void my delivery And still tell me I have to wait for 2 business days to get my money back And I didn't take that food Domino's is very unprofessional and it's sad to say that I will not recommend domino's To anyone I will be taking my business somewhere else Everyone should do the same 100 million dollar franchise check your receipts and your bank statements you probably paid more than what they told you stay safe
