Missed items on order. Was told was going to be credit on the account for the items to be told 3 days later that there was nothing they could do. Terrible experience.
I swear there is a conspiracy against me. Or, there is just some persistent bug on Dominos' part that affects hot sauce being included as an ingredient on a pizza.The first time? Totally understandable. After all, I have custom-order my pizza because gluten-free buffalo chicken just isn't something Dominos has on their menu. So I get that this happens from time to time.The second time? Hmm. Okay. Sure, I mean, it happens.But NINE out of the past TEN TIMES?And one of those times being in a state over a thousand miles away?There has GOT to be some kind of a problem here. And it negatively affects my experience every single time. What is a buffalo chicken pizza without the buffalo sauce? Just pieces of chicken glued to a cheese pizza, that's what.Either fix your system, or stop pretending to have a "Quality Check" step that fails EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
Well they're awesome great stuff I love eating there love ordering out sometimes ?Domino's happen to be one of my favorites.
Ordered my food at 11:45 it is now 1AM called multiple times to check the status of my order rude kid on phone told me “ told you a hour “ not only did i not end up eating because im assuming they didnt ever plan to make my food . The staff is incredibly rude . never ordering here again.

I think this is a great Domino's. I never have an issue with them here and I always receive my orders quick, delicious and on time. I can now use my card online without issue. Not very happy about the over-the-top delivery charge. I imagine this only hurts the driver and in more ways than one but the service and food is always great!

My pizza was cut like a toddler did it, 10 bread bites in a 16pc order, cheese dip was ice cold... you literally have one job and failed at it miserably.
I've always had a good experience with them even if it was a minor mistake it was quickly fixed without any problems. I think customers are more the problem than the workers people don't have enough patience and understanding anymore. Good work Domino's you guys are amazing and doing great!
