The people that work there really need to learn the definition of extra because of what I got is considered extra I would HATE to see what normal is not even half the bowl filled and it felt empty when picking it up….I think I’ve had about 1 good experience with this location since the my opened smh take the drive to seekonk or lincoln ri there a lot better!!
I am not one to write reviews especially since I know they’ve only been open for a short amount of time but this is unacceptable. I picked up my food through the drive through lane and opened my food up to this. There’s nothing in there that I asked for and it looks as if someone took two big chucks out of the plate.I went in the store to get a refund because there is no way I am eating what looks like was someone’s lunch and the “manager” at the store was rude and unhelpful. I will not be back and it’s understandable why they’re rated the way they are. Save your money and go somewhere else.
This chipotle is by far the worse I have ever been to. The serving line has only one staff member taking orders. Food items were extremely low or were completely out. Food portion is ridiculously small. Ordering double meat will only get you scraps and bits. Terrible service. Go at your own risk.
Did a mobile order. Portion about half the size of any other chipotle, missing about half the selected toppings. Queso is only 1/3 full. Wish I had read the reviews before going
I can tell the management has instructed their staff to be stingy on portion size. Plenty of other reviews complain about portion as well, and when I went in, one of my bowls only got like 3/4 of a scoop of chicken at best, and I asked the girl for extra shredded cheese because I could tell she barely put any on, and her response was she can’t because she would get in trouble with the manager. This place is going to fail fast if they aren’t reading their reviews and making adjustments to their processes.
I ordered a simple burrito bowl and chips and queso. Ordered on the website, and had a smooth pick up with the drive thru lane. When I got home I was astounded at how pitiful the bowl was I have never seen something like this before. The bowl was only filled with like a tablespoon of each ingredient and the final product didn't even reach the top of the bottom bowl. On top of this, my bag looked like it had been opened after sealing, and I didn't even get chips. Incredibly bad for such a simple order.Update: after a week, Chipotle support answered with "Hey it's taking a while to address your comment, here's a free chips and guac, hope that settles it" nope very displeased.
I ordered on ubereats and some of the workers there are not the best. Ubereats said my food was ready but when I went there, I had to wait for a long time and one of the staff members completely ignored me. And look at the food they gave me.

Absolutely small portion size, order on the wed site and still have to wait. Order a chicken Burrito and got steak, order 4 steak tacos and get 2-3 pieces of meat. Absolutely not worth the money!! It’s better to take the trip to seekonk there the only best chipotle around!!!
So I been here twice now the food was okay tasting but this most recent time i went is unbelievable I got a steak quesadilla and my girl got a quesadilla and you pick three sides I picked rice salsa sour cream they decided to put the rice inside the quesadilla and beans inside my girls I would love to know who did this it tasted horrible rice was hard inside the quesadilla this is not how the quesadilla is supposed to be I will drive to north Dartmouth moving forward cuz it’s not worth the headache or waste of money
