We got here on 7/17 at 11:45.pm 2 guys were outside smoking but wouldn't help us at the drive thru. When we finally drove up to the window the guy says we are closed. The hours are perfectly shown on the window being open till midnight.
Well kept, clean, and recently remodeled which looks pretty nice honestly. Service could have been a bit less slow (though I understand that's all down to staffing issues), and I wish it was more clear where you're supposed to stand in line to order. Other than that no complaints!
Unorganized and dirty . staff didn't get anyone's order correct poor girl in the back up to her elbows in soapy water manager sends her out with an order that was made incorrectly. The chicken fries were like rubber I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT BURGER KING AGAIN!!!!!
Place makes some decent bk burgers but they just take Soooo long sometimes. Atleast they get their orders right....ehm McDonald's
May 25 2022, the most rude and uncomfortable person taking orders at the drive thru. Really impatient and a bad listener.
The management here is absolutely terrible, horrific, and disappointing. employees are treated with absolutely no respect, and that stems from the management. the managers at this burger king are very childish!! also.. it’s very dirty! Also to add to this a good amount of managers here take smoke breaks very, very often and leave crew members unattended. When the managers have an issue with an employee they will go around telling everyone, except the person there is an issue with as if it’s high school gossiping. Just terrible management here.

This burger King was the worse I've experienced so far. Horrible service waited 20min for 4 burgers (only) one of my double bacon cheese burger that was 3.89 had half a piece of bacon. Should of took pic. They asked me my drink like 10x no lie. Had me move front in line for my 20min wait came out with my food no drink asked me again what I wanted and still gave me the wrong drink. I was defeated so didn't bother to complain or get it right more stress to what it was worth. Be warned stay far away from this bk its the worst fast food experience. U couldn't pay me to go here. Manage or shift supervisor needs a run thur the car was. Look presentable not like u just came out of a mud pit service food. Well first and last time I will ever go here???☣☣☣☣. I failed taking pics sorry guys.
The worst experience I have ever had, especially with the night crew. They were clearly understaffed with one cook and one very rude worker. Forcing me to wait forever for not just ordering, but also my food. In the end it was not even worth it because my food was rudely given to me at the window. Whoever is scheduled to cover nights on Saturday’s should be removed, as she cannot do her job efficiently enough, as after a 20 minute wait I was still unhappy especially with her attitude and rude behavior.
$15 double whopper meal? I can get REAL food for less!Not a fan of the deceptive up-selling question "medium or large?" Small IS an option they fail to present and is surely more than adequate unless you are a rather obese person.Also, how about putting some bacon on my bacon double cheese burger next time please?A little "salt, pepper, ketchup?" action would be appreciated, as well!
