Our waiter Steve was exceptionally patient, it was my first time there. I let my grandchildren order first and was looking over the menu. I had the chicken, bacon, ranch pizza and it was delicious I will definitely be going there again. Thank you Steve, you were quite impressed with my 3 grandchildren, they had manners and you liked that ?
Barretts has made a decline in service and food over the past few years. The prices increased about 75% and the food has gone so far downhill. I still continued to give them a chance. Last night I went with 5 of my friends so there was 6 of us total. When I put in my name at 830 they told us it would be a 45 minute wait. We waited by the bar and had a drink while waiting. After 90 minutes of waiting I went to the hostess stand to check on the status of our table. They said well we can't sit 6 of you together so that's why we haven't given you a table. I guess had I not gone to the hostess stand we would have never been sat. I I formed them we actually have 5 now as one had left. They sat us at a table immediately. We waited another 20 minutes before a server approached. She then informed us the kitchen was closed and they were only serving pizza. At this point we were waiting 2 hours for service and now we couldn't eat unless it was pizza. My friends and I left and will not be returning. Horrible service. Very rude.
Great family dinner everyone enjoyed their food and my espresso martini was delicious. Server was very nice and good at her job. The game room was fun with the kids after eating.
Better than tht franchise one! Definitely a place for grown-ups who are big kids at heart! Oh and the food is bomb! And reasonably priced whoop whoop!
Reunited with some cousins there. I had the fish n chips which were really good and the kids each had chicken tenders which were also really good. While the adults finished their drinks the kids played in the arcade. Our server was quick, polite, and friendly. I'd definitely go there again when I come back for a visit.
My partner and I went here and absolutely loved it! Our server was Steve, listed as Steve M on the receipt, and he was superb! Super polite, very friendly, constantly making sure we were ok, and I swear he knew the menu by heart. The food was delicious and the portions were large. We were eating leftovers the next morning. Fantastic experience all around and I highly recommend it.
Most food is ok, nothing special. Some is good but 90% of the time they forget at least one thing if you order take out. I’ve only gotten the dessert I’ve ordered 1 out of the 4 times and when I called to get it fixed the first time, they refused. The latest time I did they said they’d give me what I was missing plus a gift card. Had difficulty even just getting that, and then they didn’t even include the gift card in the bag. Not really worth worrying about if I’ll actually get what I ordered or not
Their food is great, clean, casual fun atmosphere but for me it’s the staff that take it over the top. From managers to waitstaff everyone works together, they are so nice and provide awesome service. I did my daughters birthday here a few months ago and just went to their Valentine’s Day Mickey & Minnie dinner and could not be happier with my experience. My daughter loves their arcade too. Keep up the great work guys.
I thought I would share our horrible and very disappointing experience this past Friday. We typically enjoy this place so much that we go for everyone’s Birthday. Both mine and my husbands plates were extremely salty to the point where we couldn’t eat it. So we waited 25mins for our waiter to come back to see how dinner was going and she never showed so I had to get up and ask another waitress if she could send our waiter back to our table. When she came over and asked how things were we told her that both of our plates which were two different meals were very salty and we couldn’t eat it. I look forward to the same Mozambique bowl every time and this time it was awful. So I asked if we could order the same plates and she said no because the sauce is all pre-made and the second plate would taste the same. So we had to order something else which took awhile to come and by that time we were ready to go. So after spending $75 on our bill to be unsatisfied was frustrating. We probably won’t return again.
French Onion Soup and Service was amazing... Wasn't impressed with the Meatloaf melt whatsoever.. but, I'd definitely give this place another shot sometime in the future...
