This Applebee's has always been a delight for a great date night. From the great servers to the fantastic deals like the 2 for 30 meal deals that gets you delicious appetizers, sides, and entrees for a steal. Burgers are always made right and the drinks never fail to have a generous amount of alcohol unlike alot of places. It saddens me to see some people haven't been as fortunate but in my personal experiences this establishment has been great. If you're looking for a nice pleasant evening on a budget here you go.
Normally a great experience, but service and delivery of car side to go was exceptionally slow tonight. All we wanted was a salad. Worst of all, I was being ignored..25min past the scheduled pickup time. Atleast the order was right.
I'm not one to write negative reviews but my husband wanted apple bees today so we went. I have to say the server Sonia was absolutely polite and wonderful although; I was served a fountain drink in a dirty glass which wasn't a huge deal I just simply had the server take the cup back and requested a new drink out of a clean glass. When I got my new fresh drink, there was a whole piece of raw broccoli floating at the top. The restaurant at the time was nearly empty at the time so In my opinion there was no excuse for the nastiness. The food quality was also pretty eh considering the price, definitely not the best. Lol
Had a terrible experience where you guys promised me someone would reach out to me and I would at the very least get a gift card for compensation of the fact that you guys ruined a meal. Since I too am a restaurant manager I find it insulting that as a new to the area customer you made absolutely no effort to rectify the situation you caused. Now as someone who has only lived in Fall River for a month I will NEVER return to this location and will go out of my way, even with rising gas prices, just to avoid it.
This location is the best. The all-american drink was so good. All of our food was just so delicious. Curbside was great and employees were friendly.
The ribs were burnt and dry the fries were old and nasty and the waitress only came back once to see if we wanted anything else. I go to 2 other Applebees, and the food is always good. The appetizer was okay.
This place has issues in the dining room. Our server was the SLOWEST in the building. Tables that arrived later than us received their appetizers and dinner before our toddlers received their meal or our appetizers came. Our server never asked to refresh our drinks. Other servers were arguing LOUDLY in the dining room for all to hear. Apparently one server has had their tips taken off their table by other employees more than once...and doesn't want the other employees to go near their tables. The restrooms were clean. The food was great--very well cooked. It's a shame that the servers taint the experience for the customers, especially when the kitchen staff seem to knock it out of the park. I would not recommend this restaurant to a friend. I do not plan to come again. There are some really great places to dine and this place cannot compete.
I love eating my ribs with a one strand of hair in it, and I love eating my steak rare when I asked for medium rare. Applebees isn’t get the hype for me anymore. Lol I’m glad I was grouchy I figure out why.
Good food and great waitress. Have to admit , this is the first time I've been here. Pass it all the time. Put it on your list.
Wanted to take my wife out for a quick dinner. Ordered appetizers, and daiquiris that we didn't taste any alcohol whatsoever. The appetizers were great, by the way. We also got water, but the cups were dirty, and the water tasted horrendous. We then ordered the entrées. About 20 mins passed, the waiter then came up and said "I'm so sorry, but your food was sent to another table by accident, but we're working on it, and will be done shortly" I said sure, no problem.Another 15 min passed by, our food finally came. The plates felt like it was just put in the microwave. Because the food WASNT hot at all. Cold mashed potatoes, my chicken wasn't fully cooked, the Alfredo was VERY watery, the bread was too hard and burnt. When it was time to pay, the waiter had gave me 2 different checks, that didn't even have what I ordered on it. The kiosk was for the table behind us and the paper copy was for the table in front of us, and the orders were combined for some odd reason. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend going here. Thats my opinion. Never going back again
