Just stopped in at Wendy’s to use the restroom and get an iced tea a large is only three dollars and the helpful associate behind the counter cut up fresh lemons for me very nice Wendy’s and everyone was very friendly and pleasant

Came to this Wendy's after leaving the Medford one for horrible customer service, and everything seemed to be going easier. Asked for the strawberry chicken salad, was told they didn't have anymore. So I ordered the hot and honey chicken. Went to eat my sandwich and it was missing half of the ingredients that it's supposed to come with. No onion, or crispy pickles. After the cashier spoke to 3 different people they come up with the conclusion that they ran out of the pickles. I said you must've also ran out of the onions because those are missing too. He then proceeds to tell me what do i want him to do. I said we'll just like you told me there wasn't a strawberry salad, I would have appreciated knowing you were missing ingredients from another item I ordered. So I asked for a different sandwich. And the woman making it rolls her eyes at me. The customer service is outrageous.

Not very often when you are provided quality service at a fast food chain. The staff here are great, and genuinely care about your order. Hope the owner reads and appreciates this.

They close early without notice, even though I placed and order online through the app. The suggested fix you ask?I was given two options:1. Come back in the morning, because everyone wants late night junk food for breakfast!2. Call the number on the app and ask for a refund….aka sit on hold for an hour.Hmmmm decisions decisions….

Chicken sandwich was perfectly prepared cooked and served and was absolutely delicious. The best one I’ve had hands-down in a long time.

I'm a little bias when it comes to fast food places. I really don't like them but do visit one on occasion. This time I went to Wendy's. I've worked in food industry 10+ years and don't get me wrong it's not the best job but it's what you make of it. The employee that took my order did so with a attitude and got order wrong. When I went in to correct my order the night manager handled with great ease and was extremely polite. He turned my whole experience around. Jobs you get you may not like but attitudes are contagious so always try to spread the joy and happiness every where you work. It makes for a easier work day and a happier crew.

Absolutely the WORST wendys I've ever been to. Every single time I've been there, the service is God awful. The people that work there should ALL be fired. I've never had a good experience there and ive literally went here 100+ times. The food quality has completely dwindled. Like how bad can fast food get? Come here and find out. Get some better associates or maybe pay them more.. I know today was my last straw. Won't ever go back there

This place was awesome. Not only did they get the order right but the food, importantly the fries, were fresh, seguinos was great, and I'm all was maybe 5 minutes at the drive thru.

So went through the drive thru tonight. Now normally the service I get here is about average. But tonight. The man they have taking orders? No sense of professionalism, there was no greeting, everytime we paused to make sure he heard what we wanted he said, "Is that all?' "that all you want" and then we repeated the order back to make sure he got it. We get up to the window, paid and received half our food. They left ce back and wa surprised we was still there. So we explained they they only gave us nuggets and nothing else. Where's my burger, where's the fries??? And when I do get my food. How the fries gonna be cold ❄️??? Like what excuse me.Never go here at night

Rushing instead of getting the order right. Not enough nuggets in a six-nuggets pack, not enough straws, no napkins. Need to announce upcharge like $.50 for lemonade in 4 for $4. We were the only car in the drive through - why rush and make us feel rushed and nervous?
