This Taco Bell is doing better now in 2022, but from 2015ish-2020 they did not have an operating phone which was super strange. They used to get my order wrong extremely often, just for me to only find out when I get home. THAT BEING SAID, the service is exceptional now and they get more order wrong infrequently.
If you are going to be open tell 1am then you should be open. If not because you are short staff not the customer problem. You’re website says 1am and you should be open tell 1am. You lost out on a lot of business and unsatisfied customers not far. If you want to close at 12am then so but advertise it. You all suck. I hope you lose more business. Just because you don’t have staff that doesn’t mean it’s the customers problem then put online you close earlier this isn’t a time to waste gas. Every place stands to there cut off time. Won’t be back ever. Horrible management and owner. Don’t go here.
I don't like rating fast food joints poorly because it is unfair to have high expectations of them, but this Taco Bell has messed up my order every time I've went there since October. Now and again my wife will ask me to grab Taco Bell on the way home from work, and in their defense we do order a fair amount of stuff, but the order has not been correct once, there was always at least one thing missing that I paid for. It is too far of a drive to have it corrected so I just turn the shower on cold and sit in there and scream, which helps. The little Cinnabon balls are good. 3 stars
Was told at the drive through they were only doing deliveries at 10 pm. No signs no notice no nothing. Trapped in the drive through because other people didn’t know they weren’t taking orders. Sorry you want food? Order on Uber … Pay an extra 20$ and wait an hour for cold food
Maybe because I'm the only one that who orders a bean wrap burrito ?. The beans was spoiled so I ended up with a stomach ache..I usually stick to my usual place where I eat my bean burrito in New York but the was definitely a bad spot...I would not recommend this location for people trying to est healthy..Good riddenz.ridden.No disrespect but it was all Spanish people serving in there.. from my experience in life most Spanish people are nasty and untidy..That's just my opinion..but I had the meanest belly ache that after..first 2 bites I had to throw away the wrap..
Couldnt order food!!! Closed at 10 pm on Saturday but still serving grub hub and uber eats only! Sign on the menu board with drive thru open for delivery drivers only!! Terrible!
Hours online are incorrect. They close at 10pm, and are only open for DoorDash. I went way out of my way to get some food and then get stuck in the drive thru behind a bunch of cars just to find out I couldn’t actually get any food.
Drive thru closes at 10? What kind of bs is that?! Feels like they’re just lazy but blaming it on supply chain or staffing. The one thing I look forward to on a Monday night is parking lot beers and Taco Bell after pick-up hockey. Please stay open till like 10:30
Hire some people for the sake the other employees at this location. Service is always good when they’re properly staffed but they’re clearly struggling to keep their hours. Taco Bell shouldn’t be closed at 9 pm. Not the workers’ fault.
Came here to celebrate my roommate getting a girlfriend. I’ve canvased most Taco Bell locations in the area and this one is the best. The food turned out perfectly, it was clean, service was friendly, and the music was great. Kudos to the staff for a great experience.
