When it to grab coffee and the woman stated it was closed when they were clearly opened. Seems she just didn’t want to do anything this morning.
I needed information first before making my purchase. Jessica who worked on Thursday Dec 2nd took time to hear my questions with great attention. She made custom and detailed recommendations, obviously she’s a spécialisés expert barista. I was amazed. Souls and attitude like Jessica are the reasons I spend so much time and a considerable amount of cash at Starbucks.
They need to slow down and not make watery drinks! My Frappuccino wasn't made like it should of been!

Worst service at any Starbucks. Order was repeated 3X and still completely wrong(did not offer to make correctly); ice cold sandwich, they don’t have napkins available-was told they don’t serve them ever; no handwashing or sanitizing while ringing up guests and then grabbing food without gloves; manager handed employee a hat and he just threw it on and kept working. No awareness that entire line was upset. I threw it al away—$12 down the drain.
They didn’t give me the right order and I saw a cockroach in my cheeseburger and I puked
Featured menu items were unavailable (Refreshers, out of stock? Unclear) after which an employee stated there were items available that weren't listed on the menu (another refresher selection). They also cannot scan a QR code (Visa) from their own app. Plenty of other Starbucks around, so don't waste your time with this one inside Target. It's odd that I've had multiple issues with Starbucks located within Target stores, but no where else.
I only go after I get off work from Michael's, last time I went I had a good experience. (I think his name was Enzo) was very patient, respectful, and quick. Regardless of how long the line was he was very upbeat and the drinks were delicious.I normally have a good experience at this location.
Unless you’re already in the store & see no line, go for it. Otherwise don’t waste your time. At 9:30am on a Saturday there is only 1 person working & 6ppl in line. The one employee wasn’t moving terrible slow, but what annoys me about Starbucks in general is the amount of complicated items people can order, which then takes a lot of time to make them. All I want is a basic coffee. Hard pass on this location.
Worst staff ever, always have an attitude. And they never had cold brew. They should just take it off the menu. I’ve gone in the morning, mid day or afternoon and night and NEVER have I once got cold brew from here and everytime I ask for cold brew I get a nasty attitude from whom ever is working saying “we don’t have that”. Deff not customer friendly.
