Slow and confused place. Staff running like chickens themselves not knowing what to do next. It’s typical fast food establishment.

Significant delay ordering in person a couple months ago but it was a snow storm which apparently activated everyone's greasy chicken taste buds. Tried Mother's Day (that's our family tradition!) with ordering ahead in GrubHub for pickup and it was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes and it took 45 so I chatted with GrubHub who gave me $5 off for the delay. Just be prepared to wait here, they are disorganized as others have said...

I waited OVER 40 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches, a regular fries, and an 8 pc nuggets. Orders that were placed after us were fulfilled before us. I actually watched as two guys came in, ordered chicken sandwiches and received their order in 15 minutes. The manager told me that they couldn’t fulfill our order because the chicken sandwiches were not ready. He kept telling us it would be “ready in a few minutes”. I watched as people who came in 15 minutes ago were given their order while I stood their for 40 minutes.
This location is usually pretty good when it comes to online orders, but they’ve been slipping up lately. I placed an online order, that was supposed to be ready for pickup in 10 mins instead took almost an hour for it to be done.Meanwhile other online orders were being done boom, boom, boom. I only got my order after making a scene and calling them out for having me wait almost 50 mins for order after pushing it aside to do other online orders. Even then it was incomplete and I ended up being cheated out of my money for items they “forgot” from my order.Some advice DON’T do online orders here and if you have to keep it small under $20. You’re better off placing your order in person.
Disgusting staff. Rude. Bad service. No hospitality. No hello. No greeting. The chicken tasted like old oil. Sloppy and soggy. They don’t let customers use the restroom; make up all sorts of excuses. Just had a screaming match with the manager while their little minions yelled “you can deny service”. Of course, you give horrible, non existent customer service. What set me off was your cleaning lady. She turned her back on me while I asked her several times to please let me use the bathroom. She was nasty. Saying “not tonight”. I said when ? Not tonight. A food establishment where people sit down and eat should have a bathroom open. What are we? Animals? And guess what? Everyone got an earful. Could care less. Calling corporate tomorrow. Atrocious. The employees literally arguing back with me and insulting me lol. W will see who will have the last word. I won’t stop until you all lose your jobs. The girl who was hollering and yelling behind the counter, but hiding her face. They’ll know who you are!
No nonsense southern style fast food fried chicken. Always good, Popeyes never disappoints. FYI, only for take out, so I'm rating the food only. Place was packed and could use some cleaning. Staff was polite and pleasant though.
Great chicken, nice staff, and a soda machine that’s always out. Don’t get soda from the freestyle machine here. Even if the machine says the flavor is in stock, it will be watery!!! You’ll be happier with a lemonade.
