Very slow service. Handed drinks. Made to wait for two sandwiches. One only ketchup other reg dress extra onion pickles. Still not made correct and thrown toghter. Messy.
The lines here can be a bit much at times due to casino traffic, but honestly this place always has the freshest food of all the local McDonald's. These fries are always on point.
Customer service is always good & friendly.. environment an speed there is good I love the night staff. Make sure everything is good running smooth an no traffic on inside an out. Start giving them raises they deserve it.

So I waited 20 mins for my order my spicy chicken sandwiches were sloppy and lukewarm! No communication with me telling me nothing! So you order they don’t care about your business! And I was a department manager for over 8 years the chicken doesn’t cook for 20 minutes to be lukewarm and thrown in the bag. So if you eat here beware they only want your money at this location.
Your employee April had outstanding customer service when I drove thru the drive thru. She was quick and efficient at getting my order. My food was very delicious and got my entire order just how I wanted it ! I recommend this location and this employee.
They're always running some kind of breakfast deal or dinner dea. The service seems professional and is very quick. The food is high quality Meaning your order is usually correct, and the food is very well presented and not looking Is disheveled compared to other McDonalds.
If your not drive thru they take a long time to serve you. I go every morning for breakfast and wish they paid more attention to their lobby traffic
I understand most McDonald's are independently owned and they are allowed to set their own prices but this place is ridiculous. $4.50 for a medium chocolate shake. It's $3.29 right down the street at the McDonald's in Chelsea. Do yourself a favor and go to the one 5 minutes down the road.
