It’s terrible this is the only location nearby. Lobby is peemanently closed, drive thru orders with lines everywhere. I ordered chicken tender meal that comes with 2 sauces. They asked twice what kind of sauce, told them both times ranch. I got dried out chicken with no sauce…..sad.
Food is good but drive thru people forgot my drink and utensils.
There is no dine in at this location. The six piece wings are a great value.
The rest of Massachusites is back to normal . When will KFC ? So stupid we can pick up orders inside but not order . Do y’all realize not everyone has a car ? And also the site Is sooooooo slow !
My first time here i had a really bad experience with those employees I don’t have a car so i went inside i want to order the girl in register say only drive through i told her i don’t have a car and it’s raining outside let me order and she say that’s not my problem only drive through i was maaaaaaaaad and there’s alot of car waiting so i had to wait outside and when i order on speaker i asked for sauce and she say we dont have a sauce and the chicken not cooked and smell nasty this is my first and last time i will order from KFC !!!!!!!!
Found this very long hair in my son's 4 piece tenders box last Monday, May 2nd, we visited the Everett Ave, Everett store between 4 and 5pm.
I went there and ordered 3 piece combo. I asked if they had any dessert. They said I needed to buy a WHOLE CAKE. Really? So I bought a chocolate cake. The servers were extremely nice and it was later on in the day so there was no line which was nice. But when I went home I was surprised that the chicken was so small!! I said what the hell is this? I've never seen thighs this tiny. The cake was dry. I think it had been frozen. I threw it out. As a large person I've NEVER thrown cake out! I'd never go to this KFC again.
This was the worst I’ve ever had from a KFC! The soda was watered down to the point I couldn’t tell which one was diet, so threw them both out. The chicken was bland light and absolutely gross, the cold slaw had this odd metallic taste, the biscuits were also blond and under cooked. The fries were fine. All that money for a cheat meal that went into the garbage, guess I wasn’t meant to have a nice crispy fried piece of chicken. The kids didn’t get their weekly snack meal either. Thanks for nothing …never ever again. I just hope I do t get sick for what I tried to eat in the photo below.
Original chicken is greasy, so not my favorite. Mashed potatoes and biscuits better than Popeyes
I don’t know why their dining room is closed before 10PM but I do know that if it wasn’t they wouldn’t have a line of 10+ cars building up out the parking lotand onto the highway in their drive through and delivery drivers canceling orders left and right. Lazy. Not accepting orders here anymore. Probably gonna cancel if I don’t get the order in the next 5 minutes
