This place is very whimsical and inviting. The coffee is very good. The fresh juice are very good. They have a full breakfast that can be selected and you get a very good breakfast with eggs the way you want potato cake like potato lol if that makes sense. Bacon or sausage and a selection of toast options. The condiments they bring out are plenty to select from jams or preserves and whipped butter.Then I tried the steak and eggs I will get that every time. The steak is to preferred temperature and they don't miss.The service and presentation is impeccable. I always make a reservation because I know the wait can be a struggle. When you know you know❤️I'm never in a rush when I go there and I just relax and enjoy a great please for breakfast/brunch.?
I arrived at the restaurant at 1:20 pm. I am waiting behind a group of 4 people that were being taken to be seated, another couple comes up and cuts in line ahead of me, whatever I am not in a hurry. The lady at the hostess desk comes back from seating the party that was ahead of me before and seats them immediately. She returns and I said party of one. She looks me up and down ( I’m in new clothes ) and says “No, we are at capacity and closed”’ They clearly were not at capacity. A casual look would put them at half capacity. I turned and started to walk away and she starts blurting out reasons very loudly. I kept walking away. Later, I am still wandering around as my room was not ready yet. I go back up the escalator and give the area a once-over. I observed the restaurant was very empty, but was not in that area, in fact, I was as far away from it as possible. The hostess comes running, literally a slight jog out of the restaurant, and says again yelling across the room, “I can seat you now”. I look at my phone and it says 1:48 pm. Did the restaurant suddenly open back up for business? Did they suddenly decide that they would honor the 2:00 pm closing time? I don’t know the answers to these questions, but I told her that during my week’s stay I will not be stepping a foot inside this restaurant. She starts yelling at me again and I walk away. I think to myself I’m on vacation I don't need this. Absolutely, the most unprofessional hostess I have run across in my long life.
Incredible brunch in an awesome atmosphere. Excellent service and everything tasted amazing. Loved overlooking the garden in the lobby. The drinks were a bit pricy at $18, but tasted excellent and were presented beautifully. I don’t gamble much but will definitely be returning to encore just for the brunch here.
Beautiful restaurant, great service, and absolutely delicious food! Easily the best breakfast meal I've had in years! So glad we got experience this restaurant during our stay!
5 stars all around. Such a great place! The food was amazing all around. Good for children and adults. I don’t think I can say anything bad about the place. It’s beautiful. Prices are on point for what you order and the ambiance. The steak and eggs brunch meal was amazing! Our server was so kind he surprised my son with a birthday treat and sang. It was very cute.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant enough. Staff is pretentious. The food was good but way over priced. Our waiter, Wagner, was inattentive at best. He didn't even stop by to see if our order was correct after someone else brought it. Drink refills don't appear to he a thing. Very disappointing, as I had really looked forward to eating here during our stay at the Encore.
The service is great and the food is awesome as well. My partner said their steak is better than our dinner at steak house last night. I love those pastries and the black coffee is good. Except food, the service is also great that they provide a little chair for ladies to put their bags. The servant kept an eye on our drinks and refilled timely.
So glad when the Cafe reopened. As always the food was excellent. Employees were well trained, friendly and worked hard. They went over and above to make sure we were well taken care of and so polite I hated to leave. This was and still is our favorite place to eat. Keep up the great work!!!
Everyone was very nice and professional. The food is pricey but you get what you pay for, it’s amazing! The lattes were the best we ever had, and the breakfast was top notch. JT was very attentive.
The Garden is simply pretty and open at the top of the stairs upon entering Encore. It gets plenty of natural of light. We went for Brunch and the food was great. Service was beyond - Latoya rocks! The value was a little high but it was a treat after a night out.
