The image in a photo is the eggplant from their eggplant “panini”. Do not buy this sandwich!!! The eggplant wasn’t fried but instead soggy and unseasoned. The sauce was dry and sparse with 4 large pieces of mozzarella to choke it down. Bread was crusty but because of the poorly engineered eggplant it was wasted. $17.50 down the drain!!! I might have made out better if I’d put it into the slot machine.
I think Encore needs to rethink this restaurant .I got a chicken Palm sub my wife got an eggplant Both were cold and absolutely horrible , We ended up not eating them and getting a piece of pizza which was really not that good either Pretty sad for a place Claims they have North end pizza.
Review from Sep 2021 - Was looking forward to trying the food here. Got a nice roast beef sandwich to eat while watching the Patriots. My buddy got a chicken parm sub and he liked it. So I figured why not get something myself. I got the sandwich and it tasted fine. Though the meat looked a tad undercooked. I didn't think much of it. The next day I woke up with awful diarrhea and my stomach was killing me. Had to take the day off from work. It was awful. It was most definitely from this sandwich and the meat not being cooked enough. I should've have went with my "gut" instinct. Thought about getting pizza, but when the staff was moving slices around, they looked very doughy. Very disappointing.
I don’t know who the cook was on 5/3 at night but they clearly need glasses. I’ve never everrrrr had dry rub wings this burnt and covered in salt.I have to start looking at my food before leaving there because this is straight ridiculous. I’m paying for wings I can eat……..without a side of HypertensionPlease get it together encore
Food was awful, no flavor. Waited a half hour to get a messy soggy sub called a panini. -Subs are not panini’s!! Huge difference! Even the dessert was not that great. $78.00 for terrible food - Will not return… go elsewhere!!

I want to say good things about this latest endever,,The menu is great likely there's growing pains .If the business model doesn't work. You fix it dont forget we're in risky times during a pandemic. I appreciate the fact there trying something ,Rome wasn't built in a day.
every bad review I read about the pizza at this place does not do it justice. For $25 I got a "Margherita pizza" that was just a thin flaccid cheese pizza with some basil on it. The crust was the only redeemable part of this pizza.
