From right when you walk through the front doors and you are greeted with that wonderful Asian Rain scent, Encore Boston Harbor is a fantastic travel experience through and through. You are greeted warmly by the front desk staff (Gabrielle and Alexandra were spectacular), and your bags are whisked up to your room in a flash. Rooms were gorgeous, similar to Wynn Las Vegas (hopefully they will be spared the most recent hideous upgrade!). The only downside to the stay is that there are not a lot of places to sit down in the casino and lobby area. The Garden Lounge was a really nice spot but I was told it was being remodeled into an extension of the High Limit gaming area.
If you love the Wynn/Encore brand in Vegas, you’ll feel right at home at the Encore Boston Harbor from the moment you arrive and see the great floral display/patterns so familiar to both. It’s a somewhat scaled down version from Vegas of course, but a real winner! Loved our King Waterview Room….complete with ipad mechanized drapery closures, TV controls and Alexa. Great bathroom with tub and walk-in shower. We were just in Vegas at The Wynn a few weeks ago…same carpet in the halls even. Excellent restaurants, bars and snack options. Fratelli restaurant is a real winner….collaboration of former North End competitors, now “brothers”….excellent top end Italian cuisine with great service. Red 8 is an excellent Chinese restaurant….the real deal…had a great lunch there. Even a Dunkin’s for breakfast. Nice Harbor bar; sports bar, sushi bar, wine and cheese bar, Frank and Nick’s pizza….a potpourri of excellent food and drink options. The casino you would expect from a “Wynn” progeny. Nice staff all the way around. We look forward to returning!
We used American Epress to book the signature suite and had a wonderful stay for my wife's birthday. The room was gorgeous and the view was awesome! However, I have one thing which I would like to complain. When I checked in at the front desk, we were informed that we can have a late check out at 4:00 pm due to that we booked the room by Find hotel and Resort service by American Express Platinum card. However, around 12 pm on the other day, the room housekeeping staff knocked on our door and asked us to check out. I called the front desk to confirm that our checkout time is 4 pm, and the front desk said she will call the team. Around 3pm, all the light in the room were turned off. Then 10 minutes later, the staff knocked our door again and said she said she thought we already checked out. I told her that our checkout time is 4 pm. Around 3:40 pm I called the front desk that how we can check out and if we need to check out at the front desk. The lady at the front desk told us that we have already checked out at 3:00 pm. At the beginning, we are very satisfied with the hotel and the room, but what happened today made me feel very uncomfortable. Why did your staff ask us to check out before their check out time? Why did you check out the customer when they are still in the room?
I stayed recently for a conference and was blown away by every aspect. The service was top notch from start to finish. The event was so well run, F&B exceeded all expectations, staff friendly and gracious, and housekeeping service was perfect. Plus overall beautiful and spacious accommodations. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
My first time at Memoire. Nora was the first worker I met outside the doors. Even without a table she made me feel welcomed! I was anxious at first but with her kindness and encouragement I had so much fun
My friend & I order tacos here last night and it was the highlight of our casino trip. Really delicious and $13 for 4 stuffed tacos was very reasonable. I would seriously go back just to have tacos because the casino sucks!
The ramen is amazing!
