I went there the other day and the only complaint I had is all the tables where dirty nobody cleaned the tables after customers leave the store
This used to be my favorite Dunkin's, now they are a mess. They never got my order wrong in the past, now just in the last month, everytime I go my order is wrong, missing something or prepared the wrong way. You've lost a customer for good now.
I never write reviews online but Noah who was closing this evening was awesome. Incredibly polite, helpful and genuinely kind. Dunkin Donuts are a dime a dozen in MA but Noah is the type of guy that I’d go out of my way to interact with again. An example of customer service! Thank you Noah, keep up the great work my dude.
So i stopped by on 2/4/2022 at about 615 - 630 and went through the drive thru. The gent who took my order was patient, and very clear and also allowed me to take my time. Super polite and quick!!! I will be returning just off the way he treated me and my wife. Wish i got his name but good job!
TLDR; Understaffed. Underpaid. Too busy.The people making my drinks can range from badly trained to too busy to make properly. I feel bad when I make a order slightly big cause I just gave someone already busy even more work. Management just doesn't care about the people working do they? I heard they sold the company so these new owners must want profit, profit, profit.Sounds like all complaints 2022 is greeting locations like this that don't hire or pay current employees more to deal with the work load or rising prices in the economy.
They have always been terrible at getting my order right. And now they've discontinued the special on croissants and discontinued the roll-ups completely. I have no reason to go here anymore. FYI burger king's coffee is surprisingly good.
Dunkin donuts breakfast sandwiches are always made fresh. $.75 is alot for a medium cup of ice
I go to work very early in the morning and always stop at this Dunkin Donut and use the drive thru. While everyone there is friendly and helpful, Kevin stands out as the best of the best. When he is off, we miss his friendly, helpful service. He's the best
