I went in and the kids just got out of school so it was packed with kids I ordered a latte with caramel and he forgot the caramel that's like the third time this week a DD has forgotten to put caramel in my latte
I love coming to this dunks. The staff here is amazing especially the tall guy with glasses. I started coming here because the manager at the Broadway one is extremely rude. So this is my now go to and love it!

Asked for cream cheese on the bagel specifically and put it on the side with a knife. Inconvenient since I needed to drive and you can't even exactly put cream cheese on a bagel while driving haha ?
