TLDR; Understaffed and overworked and badly trained leads to good employees overworking themselves while others cause the mess that leads to 2 stars.Coffee sometimes isn't fresh. Sandwich takes too long, sometimes rude cashier. It's a Dunkin donuts, they just don't pay enough for their people to care.
Service sucked today, my colatta was not icee at all more like sweet juice and my food was so cold. I used to like going here and would go out of my way but not no more! Doesnt even deserve 1 star!
Unfortunately service is only as good as the people who man the drive-thru, if they don't understand what I said and get my order wrong that results in a bad experience. Good product otherwise, very fixable customer service issues.

Terrible Dunkin. Always messes up my orders. Idiots working here don’t even know their donuts. Horrendous. Never coming here again.
