I’ve been going to DiBlasis for over 20 plus years ! It’s not run by the same owner and you css as n tell! I got my usual Steak and Cheese extra cheese with lettuce mayo and ketchup on sideSub had no lettuce hardly had cheese no mayo no ketchup and was dry n shredded way too much! It was a waste of money!I won’t ever go back which is sad !Even on app’s to order it doesn’t offer you to add more or special instructions or to comment!City known business that’s been there for years has gone down the drain if you ask me ! Wish the old owners would come back!
I don't know what is going on with this place. I tried to call to place a takeout order, no one picked up. I tried a 3rd party app (Grubhub) it said they were no longer taking pick up orders. I finally decided to just walk there, according to google they close at 8 PM. When I showed up THEY WERE ALREADY CLOSED! According to their hours of operation POSTED ON THE DOOR they close at 9? SO WHICH IS IT?

Horrible customer service… she* cannot take the order accurately and cannot hear apparently/ … excuses herself by saying “my bad” and laughing while repeating the wrong info…. Sad. No thanks!!! U want me to scream my debit info as well?!! Find some quiet space to take the order… if they needed the business, in which I doubt/ she obviously took no seriousness in that call/ better service elsewhere ??♀️

I got a seafood sub tonight. It probably had a tablespoon of seafood salad on each side of the sun, no lettuce, just a sparse amount of seafood salad!
I used to go to diblasis as a kid and used to love every trip but now I’m not sure what happened but they are very nasty, non professional, and CANT COOK. I asked for my steak and cheese toasted and got it burnt to a crisp and the steak was not cooked good at all so respectfully I went back to just have them make me a new one and the owner Greg was extremely unprofessional mocked me in the store multiple times while I was sitting there waiting for them to cook me another sandwich. When I gave the sandwich to my gf the second time they completely covered it with black pepper so that it is not even edible. I am extremely disappointed and will never return. If I advise do NOT get food here it’s not it.
I grew up across the street from Diblasis, even worked there one day a week as a kid (late 1970's). After work I got a slice of pizza and a hot cocoa. Was in the area last week and had to stop in. Still the same great pizza I grew up on and grabbed a steak and cheese to go. Staff is was amazing also.
Fifteen years ago myself and my younger brother spent the summer with dear friends in Everett and every day these two Paddy kids would wander up the block and buy two Philly Cheese steaks with salad and chilli from Di Blasi's . Every time I visit the East Coast I make a pilgrimage to DiBlasi's for a cheese steak. They're so good I'm reviewing them from 3500 miles away, 15 years later and I've every intention of repeating the process again. Thanks for the memories, great food and craic.
