Pizza Gluten-Free American

American food - overall good. Beer variety is good. Service is hit or miss but my daughter enjoys their make your own pizza/sundae and we go there often

Last two times we went to eat there, they had no servers! We ate at the bar the first time, but the second time, there were too many people around the bar….. We left. I don’t think they want business, or they would hire servers for their customers. Might not go back until service (hire some servers!) improves. I guess the managers are above serving.

STICKYThe whole place is stickyIt needs a good cleaning. That is the only problem even when I wiped the table myself it was still sticky. I was wearing flats and it felt like I was wearing flip-flops because of how stickyThe people and food was as expectedThe bathroom is small and squeezed into a corner if you're plus size you might have a bit of a problem.

Went there Saturday night with the family, ordered some nice gluten-free stuff and food was top notch, even though some people in my party were rude I really enjoyed. I can see myself visiting again when I'm in the area, also special thanks to our waiter Laura who was phenomenal!

Let me provide more info for my 1 star rating. Went sat night around 530 party of 4. You walk in the place is messy. Looked dirty. Pizza boxes all over the reception desk. Floors in front have crumbs, food. Get seated waitress nice, beer cold. Deep dish pizza undercooked not much flavor. At the end of meal 2 bugs (ants , Beatles) crawling on booth seat and then up wall. Tell waitress she sends asst mgr he says our booth is near patio (we are inside 30ft from patio door far booth) nothing he can do. No apology no discount. Gave waitress 20% tip not her fault. Embarrassed for staff, place is dumpy.

My husband and I had the Sirloin Tips with veggies and mashed. He had the chocolate cake for dessert and I had the chocolate chip cookie in a dish. Everything was excellent.

The food tasted old, mashed potato was not fresh, strange taste. Steak was overcooked, and the bottom of the pizza was soggy. The brocoli cheddar soup was cold, the waitress barely came to check on us forgot to bring straws, the silver wear was not clean at all. The atmosphere here is bad and not very clean. Maybe good for beers but don't eat here

Check for strings in your food. I have not and will not ever go to this branch and UNO’s ever again. I ordered online for pick up and had the worst experience. They estimated 30-40 mins for my pickup at the time and I thought if I showed up towards the later time it would most definitely be ready at the expense of maybe being cold. I arrived at the restaurant to find out that the cashier had given my order to someone else. I did not get my money back and they also made me wait another 40 mins for them to make my order again (3 entrées). In total I had to wait 1.5 hours for food that tasted somewhat better than mediocre. Management nowhere to be found and they threw in a measly brownie as compensation for wasting my time. Oh and and to make matters worse this brownie had some sort of a string in it.

We don’t get to Unos often enough. We used to do trivia night often here and that was a treat in itself. Lately we make a trip because we were close by and it didn’t disappoint. The flavors were just like they were Everytime we order there. The guy that helped me was very friendly and was really well dressed something we don’t expect going there. Anyway. Pleasant and quiet place for lunchtime. Recommend their pizzas to anyone.

Our waitress and food were great but lots of little kids!
