I always drive by Village Manor and decided to try it out. I was beyond pleased with the service, the space, the ambiance. The music was great! All the old classic rock best hits. They had several TVs with golf, NASCAR, Red Sox, Hockey, etc.The food was very good portion and very delicious. The fried pickles were amazing! Will definitely be coming back.
I ordered the New England Baked Scrod. There was something brown on top which I presumed was supposed to be cracker crust but I couldn't really identify it. In the bottom of the dish there was about 1/4" of some liquid that certainly didn't taste like lemon butter and white wine. It was so bad I ended up not finishing the meal.
I was excited to try this place but was disappointed. We got chicken wings which were warm and dry. The garlic bread fondue was very good but again warm not hot. Ordered a burger. Was well done we asked for medium rare. I got beef fajitas. Basically they used steak tips. They were big chunks that were very chewy and tough and under seasoned.
New the area and just came across this place. Great layout with rowdier bar in the front and quieter dining in the back. Food was all delicious and reasonably priced with generous portions. Great wait staff too. We will be back!
Nice atmosphere, definitely regulars come here. Onion soup was delicious. A bit pricey on the entrees.
I'm just always so impressed. Reasonably priced, large quantities, great quality and flavors. And we're only doing takeout and very happy with the packaging. We've gone every two weeks since we discovered it a few months ago.
Ate here tonight for the first time with my wife. The drinks food and staff were amazing. Reasonably priced and clean. Will make this a regular spot.
