I got the big rig. the only thing i ate was the eggs bacon and toast, The pancakes were tasteless and dense. it tasted very odd. the sausage was over cooked nad hard. The homefries were tasteless too. Very dissapointed.
My only regret is that The Grateful Dedham wasn't around 10 years ago when I was going to downtown Dedham more frequently. I'm not a fan of the town, but it has a couple hidden treasures. If you have to go to Norfolk Superior Court, or the registry of deeds, and you are looking for a place to get a quick bite or a cuppa coffee, or sit for a spell, this is the place. Clean, bright, good food, friendly folks.
CASH ONLY! BUT THEY DO HAVE AN ATM. We stopped in at 820am on a Sunday. We only had 40 minutes to get and be back on the road. This was our first time in. We were seated as soon as we walked in. Food and service was amazing. We where in and out within 25 minutes! Great breakfast, service and prices. I can't say enough about the staff. They were all great. Everyone seemed to work together wonderfully and they seemed to have plenty of staff (unheard of these days)
I love the Grateful Dedham Diner for lunch. Their salads are always fresh and well presented and the service comes with a smile. My absolute favorite has to be the Avocado and Pear salad with grilled chicken. They top with a light lemon vinaigrette dressing and include a side of warm pita bread. One of my all time faves.

I loved the corned beef hash here!! (and i'm pretty picky). They have so many options for breakfast and lunch. Recently tried the avocado salad and loved it! everything tastes handmade and fresh (both takeout and eat in). Reasonable prices as well!
Food was awesome! They serve drinks like mimosas and and screwdrivers if you’re looking for the full brunch experience. Service was incredible. Lady that waited us was super nice and attentive.
It's a good ole fashioned diner which I love because they are a dying breed. I was there for brunch on Sunday and gets busy but flows. Didn't love the pancakes but I'm a little particular. Was a good diner breakfast.

Came here for Columbus/Indigenous Peoples Day 2021 with my mother and got seated right away. Everyone is great and so is the food. Got the Scramblin' Man and it was very tasty. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area!
