Waited 30 minutes in drive thru and left. When I called to simply ask how long it would take to order in cafe, the supervisor on was rude and unapologetic.
Mobile order here every once in awhile. Nice staff and my drink has been made correctly the past times I’ve gone. Great location.
Love Starbucks!!! Unfortunately under staffing is hitting them really hard☹️ service is getting really slow and early closing due to short staffing. Be prepared for a little longer wait but I think it's worth the wait. Hang tough Starbucks the diehards our on your side

Waited at the drive-through for 10 minutes, could see through the window that employees were on their phones and talking to friends who were hanging out.. Very bad customer service. This was not a problem before renovation.
Aside from being kinda slow and friendly it's your basic Starbucks
My salt cold brew caramel was delicious ? they do a really good job at the Starbucks in dedham ma.......love it!!
Treats employees horribly. Truly disgusted with the managers. Do better.
