Beware — Due to the busy road and oncoming traffic, the ability to exit the drive through line becomes difficult & often causes the drive thru lane to back up. Do not expect to be through the drive thru in under 5 minutes.
They need to improve order accuracy, multiple times I’ve received the wrong item.
Disappointed…. At the drive through for minutes with staff inside ignoring. No warning on the windows that they are closed (the website said OPEN). 3-4 staff were just laughing at us. Since when we are the joke of the the staff? Wouldn’t be nice to put something on the window instead of making fun of clueless customers? How about walk over at the window and tell us is closed. Simple!!! Be nice, is part of your customer service job and as human beings. You chose this job, you might as well do it the right way, takes very little effort on your part to be respectful.
With the wind chill well below zero right now, I just watched a Starbucks employee come out in the freezing cold, no jacket to help a customer whose car broke down in the drive thru. She wasn't blocking traffic fully so it wasn't like something they needed to do for business. He jumped her battery and went back in to continue this shift. I love this Starbucks and their staff. Huge shout out to Alex too who makes great drinks and is always super professional and helpful. Hope these employees are getting paid and tipped well!
Be prepared to wait a half an hour in the drive-through line consistently

Google Maps, as always,making mistakes. The place is open only until 8 p.m. on Thursday for example. Not 9 p.m.
