TERRIBLE customer service. I came here this morning and it wasn’t even busy. I waited 10-15 minutes for an egg sandwich and iced latte. It was either a manager or team lead (male) waited that long to tell me the espresso machine wasn’t working and basically gave me so much attitude when I asked for a refund or something else. So short and snappy. Just pure rude. Then I asked for some syrup from another (female) and got the third degree from her who actually yelled at me and made a scene. It was embarrassing. Luckily there was a nicer woman who helped get me some syrup. Paid $6 for an iced late and got a terrible $2 iced coffee that was disgusting. I worked in the service industry and this is NO way to treat people. Get proper help!!!! Do better. I will no longer come to this Panera because of that terrible experience.

It appears I should have read reviews before going here. I waited in line for at least 20 minutes which pushed past the “breakfast “ time. Therefore, my sandwich price was double. They got the order wrong, didn’t give me my side, and when I went in to address the wrong overpriced sandwich, I couldn’t get anyones attention because they were all laughing and discussing the woman who was baffled at the double price of the sandwich at 1139am. I wanted the correct sandwich or a refund and was rudely told (without any eye contact as she was walking away) “ you get one or the other!!” I was not asking for both- got my refund without apology and went on my way. Got me out of my Panera craving hopefully for ever!!!!

I just ordered a cup of cofee and the staff was unable to serve it. I waited nearly 15 minutes at drive through after a long day and they gave me almost ice cold cofee. I asked for my money back and they made me wait for that as well. My son was crying at the back seat and I had to leave my money as well since I could not wait anymore. I spent my precious 15 minutes for nothing! Also after all no one apoligized! They clearly need trained workers!!! I recommend people avoiding this location!

Significantly disappointed with my experience. My order sat because my name was never called nor did the buzzer buzz. When I asked about my order I was told, “if you were paying attention.” I was one of six customers over the course of 30 minutes. The order was made incorrectly and when I asked for a cup for my drink and the chips I paid for, the person behind the counter started swearing at me under the breath.

Great garbage cookie, but as a walk-in, touh order took too much time. The Chinese chicken salad was good.

Please do something to make your chicken noodle soup less salty. Tons of sodium in it. You can taste it in the first gulp.

After doing my research of breakfast places in my area with curbside pickup, I placed an online order here. I tested positive 10 days ago and I have been quarantining since, and that is the reason I wanted curbside. I arrived to find not a single marked curbside parking, so I opted to do drive through, but no one was manning it. The whole joint seemed like it was closed. Unfortunately I had already paid so I had no choice but to park and walk inside. It defeats the purpose of being as safe as possible trying not to spread the disease.

Two stars is quite generous: The slowest drive thru. Two sandwiches for $23. Sliced bread with sauce and microparticles of chicken inside. I mean, honestly? I feel sorry for the employees there if they eat the rubbish they produce.

The food was good but the service was very slow. And they forgot one of the sandwiches in the order and I had to remind them and wait for 20mins to get them to make one. Wish the service was better and faster.

I’m waited smoothie 25 minutes and was not busy time.Zero customer service.
