A mass of confused young adults. 10 people in line and one slicer in use. A second slicer was visible and not being used. A very young manager looked very overwhelmed.
Went there today. Employee was out front need help and called to out back for help. Woman came out and if looks could kill I’d be dead the way she looked at me. She made it seem as though she was doing something out back that was far more important than waiting on me. I have busted half dozen times over past 2 months. I will NOT be going back. Good luck JM’s. I think you may struggle if you treat you customers like this.
I love Jersey Mike's in Dedham Ma. The subs are absolutely delicious. I also love that all the staff knows my name and greet me by name when I come in. Larry is absolutely wonderful and very personable all the staff there are nice and helpful.
First time trying Jersey Mike’s, food was good. The one area for improvement would be to train staff to hustle when it’s busy and to smile and at least acknowledge the customer. Visited on 4/13 @ noon and there were two male employees who were great!! The female was terrible, she was slower than molasses on a frigid day and looked as it she hated everything and everyone.
The staff is cool and friendly. But the price of a sandwich is a little out there! You can get more sandwich at most pizza joints for the same price.
The TV ads during football don't exaggerate - Jersey Mike's sells wonderful sandwiches. There are several things that make their subs better than competitors, plus presenting a clean, attractive shop.First, your cold cuts are sliced fresh for your order, which alone is great. The roll is a good crusty Italian, plus a couple variations, and the toppings are piled on. If you get it 'Mike's Way' it's a big handful of shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onion, vinegar and oil, oregano, and black pepper. Classic. You can add pickles and peppers. There are three sizes, starting with an already-generous mini. Prices are in line with competitors, with overall better food and location. This place could be a home away from home for hungry teenagers. The seating is comfortable, with high tops and tables, and decorated with a surf board and photos in reference to the Jersey shore. No outdoor seating. You can order ahead for pickup or delivery. The Dedham store has plenty of parking, and is handicap accessible. The staff is friendly and efficient. They are a Pepsi vendor and have some of their own drinks, too, plus Frito Lay chips etc.
Ordered our usual subs as bowls, no bread. Really great low carb alternative.
I ordered at steak and cheese. The steak is Steak Umm's are you kidding me!!! Let alone a whooping $16 for a large, that they call gigantic. Pahhh.. What a joke!! Very little to no Steak Umms on it.. Total disappointment ? Flavor little to non, all I tasted was the cheese and mayo!!
These are the slowest, stupidest people I've ever met. They make putting a sandwich together look like rocket science. Only order food here if you are willing to watch them vacantly stare at everything in a stoned like haze and have them take a full minute to put a sandwich in a bag.
This was my first time coming to a Jersey Mikes while visiting from out of town. The employees do not practice good sanitation skills. They had my sub on the bare counter and the female at the register used the same gloves to take money and wrap my sub. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I left and threw the sub in the trash. With all this Covid going around you would think they would do better. If you decide to spend your money here make sure you watch them with the glove change and where they make your sub.
