Been there twice lately and food was excellent both times. Hit and miss on the service. Our waitress most recently could not be found unless another table was pestering for photos. Got the vibe she assumed a married couple wouldn't tip much at a hooters and disappeared. The outfits are revealing...most of the people there are desperate single guys...so your average hooters...
First time visited with my girlfriend. She asked for empty table in the corner instead the one host put us in, because in nearby table was loud party of several people so she wanted to be further from them. She said no, that table is for groups of people larger than 2. Ok, few minutes later they put at that table one black dude with massive gold chain. Several waitresses stop by his table where he was all alone and flirt with him. He probably some mafia boss or something. Then we waited for 50 MINUTES for our order. When our order arrived dude with massive chain was already finishing his order. And girl waitresses stopped by his table every few minutes. Overall it was bad dining experience. Always I’m passing this place on Providence Hwy, but never again I will stop there.
We went for lunch. The ladies were easy going and very nice.
We got this waitress named daphne who took a solid 30 minutes to take our orders in a rather dead setting we were one of her two tables, and she did not interact with us at all, got our orders wrong, and didn’t bring my drink until my food basically was finished. None of the other waitresses were very interactive either, as someone whose been in the restaurant business I gotta say the customer service here is pathetic enough so to change their customers moods from good to bad
I never have a bad experience at the Dedham Hooters . They will change the TV to the channel that request . I am seldom without a drink in front of me . The staff is very friendly will stop and talk if they have the time .
The bartenders are this restaurant's only saving grace. The chicken wing sauce was good but the chicken tasted off and they were mushy. The fries had absolutely no flavor. Too bad because it's a cool place to watch any sports game.
Best place to watch games and eat some food and meet people. You can go alone and sit at 6he bar or with a group and get your own table. Prices are reasonable atmosphere is great ?..
Wings are so greasy, but are really tasty. They don’t dip wings into the sauce they only put it on top.
It was pretty decent. The atmosphere was nice and lively and the staff were very nice. I wanted crab legs and they were out, so I asked for steak. They were out of that too.... So I settled on shrimp and a long island iced tea. Would definitely go back and hope they have crab legs next time.
I just finished eating lunch at this location. Firstly, Daphnee is amazing. She is friendly, kind, and accommodating. I had Baja shrimp tacos which were good. But I was impressed by the attitude of all the Hooters girls. A couple would skip and dance to music for a few seconds here and there…obviously enjoying themselves at work which is so rare. I will be back again.
