This location is so horrible drive through Lane on the go I put it through the drive-thru but I go in and then the manager that looks like a guy with one breast gives me an attitude that I can't grab it because I put it through the drive-thru and the baker I've seen multiple times and heard he is a disrespectful person and he should not be working in this location I highly don't recommend people going here 100%!
There was a good selection of donuts and the lady's were very helpful and friendly.

Terrible customer service, the big lady is always upset and always confused the orders. She have bad mood. I always go there cuz is closer to my job but when she's there is a terrible experience.
They put soap as foam in my coffee, if I didn’t catch it I would have been drinking soap

It was great. There was a lot of people though and I had to wait for 15 minutes to order.
Never seen a manager threaten customers to have their car towed because they were in her spot when said customer was waiting for his food. If that wasn’t enough it was all done through screaming I’m going to have this car towed instead politely asking someone to move. Which Wasn’t even necessary because there were many open spots including the ones next to the spot in question. Paying customers come before management laziness. Karen’s shouldn’t manage.
Drive-through window is reaaaalllly slow probably 85-90% of the times I’ve driven through, even when traffic is light. But, I still love dunkin…Followup: 22 minutes in line on this particular visit and they *still got both parts of my "coffee and bagel" order wrong.
