Just a quick heads up - we placed an order today and when we arrived home found what appears to be a piece of wood inside the blueberry doughnut (after we took a bite...). We’ve never had issues at this location but I just wanted to let ppl know in case they’re going today! We tried contacting the location in case it was one bad batch, but we’re only able to leave a voicemail. Just a heads up, since we don’t want anyone else accidentally ingesting something like this( -very nice people work there!)
Slow service, it's really bad. 3 people walked out upon entry 2 more while in line...
Stopped in at this Dunkin today for my usual. There was one woman running the WHOLE show. Her name was Kelly. Never saw someone work so fast and efficiently. She was also very friendly and kind. Thanks for the perfect drink! Someone give her a raise.
Great deals with or without the app.But having the app cuts down time always special offers and good incentives.
Went through drive thru, had to scream into speaker becuz lady was deaf and spoke broken english, i asked for a sesame bagel with cream cheese, of course they forgot the cream cheese and gave no knives or napkins, also ordered med iced coffee, OJ, 4 blueberry muffins (which they put in a box -- very nice) and egg chs ham croissant... service could be a lot better

Love to go to Dunkin' in Dedham. The girls are always sweet. The manager, Maira (if I am not wrong that's her name!), is super nice and friendly. Love Dunkin ?
