Everyone is so rude every time i go in here. I always get the same thing too. A quesadilla with rice steak and cheese. It’s never been a problem for anyone and now they want to be choosey. If you don’t want your employees doing something make a policy on it. don’t let a customer do something and then all of the sudden it’s an issue. on top of being rude. not a good look at all.
Very frustrated with this location. Today was the third time they’ve given me the wrong order, and when I try to report it their chatbot in the app does nothing. I finally got a free chips and queso today from the chatbot, but that doesn’t make up for the ~$30 in incorrect food I’ve received over the past few months. I’ve always been happy with chipotle elsewhere, but this one is on the edge of losing me as a customer.
I ordered delivery directly though the chipotle website. Driver delivered the wrong order. Chipotle makes it impossible to get in touch with somebody to rectify the issue. Could not speak to a person when I called the restaurant, support line, or via online chat. I would strongly recommend against ordering delivery through chipotle.
I ordered a bowl cartinas and they only gave me beans. I was angry. No rice and my chips were missing. I have been calling to make a complaint and not one is picking up the phone. Horrible services ?

The place is full of ignorant employees with no manners and poor hygiene practices… they lo put their hands inside the bowl go around with the globes on and then touch the cheese and lettuce with dirty globes. Karen was the host, rude and yelling customers! Place is Guerreros grosssss
I’m a frequent customer here. Burritos are delicious and are made with great ingredients. Same with the bowls. The online ordering experience is very straightforward, and the app is very smooth and aesthetically pleasing. As a suggestion I would really like a Coca-Cola freestyle machine, but I can understand why there isn't one as expensive as they are. My only complaint is that more than one employee was not wearing their mask properly or had it completely pulled down. I noticed in other reviews people were complaining about only being able to do online orders. This has since been changed.
They can do better but it was alright not bad
Good, but 90% of the tables had rice on them and were left unwiped. I told the staff twice, but they seemed too busy fulfilling online and in-person orders to take the time to wipe.
