I absolutely love this place. The people are all happy and patient when waiting to order, place their order, and receive it. The managers are exceptionally nice. I drive from Brockton or anywhere just to get me some Chic fil a from here. Kindness and appreciation is always a plus and they have a overload of it. The food is always hot and fresh. The deluxe is so good without cheese. The fries are always fresh and properly salted. Omg! The lemonade is always on point. No lemonade compares to theirs!!! They have the drive thru moving exactly like it says....drive thru not order and wait! I will return again and again and again. Oh yeah, I respect to the utmost that they are closed on Sundays.
Our first time visiting. Went through the drive thru. The girl who took our order was very nice. We paid with her. They had about 3-4 girls sanding at the drive thru taking orders and a girl watching cars standing at a "ticket stand" looking thing right before you turn to grab your food from the window. One of the girls taking orders came and stood next to the girl at the ticket stand and kept looking at us and talking to each other and then starting twerking and dancing when there was no music playing , it was a nice evening and we had our car windows down , we heard no music so it was odd lol. Our food was good, we got chicken sandwich with waffle fries. The experience was interesting and amusing hahaha.
Always great. Staff is always polite and pleasant. Never a language barrier, never a bad attitude. food comes quickly,Order is always correct. Salads are amazing!. Even the take out drink holder has a slot for the straws(how thoughtful is that).By far the best fast food place for the family
Worst chick fil a I have ever been to. On top of forgetting all of my sauces, and straws for drinks, my Dr Pepper was flavorless soda water. After a long day of moving and not having any other food I was sorely disappointed. Make sure to double check your order before leaving this establishment, because the employees clearly don’t care about the customers.
This is one of my favorite fast food places to go to even though they almost always have long drive thru lines and sometimes when you go inside but once my order has been placed I receive it pretty quick and the employees are really nice and helpful
QUICK and friendly service. Everyone has a smile on their face despite being slammed. 4/6 people asked if I needed help immediately after making eye contact, which is a rare thing these days.
Did drive thru.. the employees were wonderful..The sweet tea was horrible. We had 3 of them for the 3 meals we paid for. All had an awful taste. Also we paid extra for the cheese sauce actually 3 of them..and all containers has so little in them that the bottom of actual container showed. This was the Dedham location. We never have a problem at the Woburn one like this. If this was was my first time I wouldn't come back. It wasn't just 1 meal but 3 . Very disappointing.
Ordered two sandwiches and a wrap. As the guy hands me the food I ask him if he put chick fil a sauces in the bag. He confidently said yes. I got home with diner for the fam and there wasn’t a single sauce in the bag.
Their salads are great- when they include all the ingredients, which is about a 50% chance at this location. Pretty bad.There is the main salad, individually bagged nuts, chips, etc to mix in, and a dressing packet. Today my wife and I both got salads at the drive through and they both came with no dressing packet. Now I'm sitting here thinking of all the other times I had to improvise dressing or mix-ins in the past.Honestly not worth the price to have such a high rate of failure, not worth waiting in the drive through only to potentially have to wait longer or go in to correct an order- that is if you remember to dig around the bag to check for everything.
The photo on the menu looked like a nice size of chicken tenders, but when I got them there were a little bigger than a chicken nugget and also the taste was very disappointing. Definitely not worth the wait and the price.
