Ordered a Singapore Rice noodle, Might have been the most tasteless food I have ever had. First Singapore rice noodle I every had without a curry flavor. Very bland no sauce since it didn't have any curry. Speaker above me continued to give off a bunch of white noise and waiters and staff just ignored it. Staff in the other room was having a very loud and lively conversation. Granted its 2pm, but you have customers in the restaurants, you need to keep it down. I have grown up in Chinese restaurants, and this one was very poorly ran. I felt I was in the streets of chinatown and not in a nice resataurant that sells worst Chinese take out food for a premium. Bartender was also waiting on tables in the bar. Not his fault but they should have shifted idle dinning room wait staff to the bar area. Unexpected service delays compared to the good quality of the food.
Well the shrimp was decent. I ordered a shrimp entraa and a wonton soup. I am used to getting white rice with Asian food but that wasn't the case here. I believe rice is an extra charge. Also, I would have preferred to have a healthier vegetable option such as carrots, broccoli and corn. This dish had a bunch of cheap fillers such as onions. Disappointing.
I came here before couple of years back it was Amazing but now Im upset I talk my friend for birthday about 2 weeks ago and she said was trying to make her order she told the women she was waiting for extra person (me) give us menu come back 1 min later do we want to order we said we are still looking give a chance to get through the menu she did 2 more basically rushing us ..We order they take long ...The food was bad my friend got sick told me we can never go there again !!! I felt so bad it was her birthday ☹
Spoke with someone and made reservations for our party yesterday. Suggested we call to order food in advance. Upon calling today to order food now told they cannot take us and offered no alternative. What kind of restaurant turns away customers?? Don’t make plans around this place
We have tried a number of Chinese restaurants in and around Dedham/Needham, and so far, this is the best. We have had both in-restaurant and take-out, and both times, the food was tasty and well-prepared. The menu is standard Chinese, but there are some dim sum offerings that can be appetizers. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good parking and access off 128/I-95, Rt 1
Last few reviews were interesting. I actually enjoyed this restaurant, far better than P.F. Chang, which the food is great, service was terrible. I find this restaurant a great alternative. Got the lunch special and my wife got the Sushi. Great food, clean and a good portion. Price is reasonable. Not sure what time the others went. But, I had a great lunch.
Been coming here for many years. The service here has gone from great to poor very fast especially with covid. They rush you to get out of the restaurant faster and faster with each time while they're product gets worse. Today was the last straw when I ended up paying almost 20 dollars more for my food than the menu had stated. Unless you're rich, you'll be looking at the prices of the food you're ordering before placing the order. When I got my check all the food I got had 1 to 3 dollar upcharge. When asked why it costs more than the menu stated they said it's an old menu. That's ridiculous! This should have been addressed with a menu change to reflect the new prices. Very disappointed and upset with their downfall.
Best Sushi I've ever had! Been to many Sushi restaurants and nothing compares to this restaurant for freshness and the amount of specialty rolls. Highly suggest Bamboo if you are looking for a good Sushi restaurant and also the Chinese food is delicious as well
