Just called here, had been ordering regularly for at least two months… Called to tell them I had a bad experience food wise with a delivery from last night, and a delivery issue I let slide the week before, one regarding a turkey “melt” which wasn’t warm all the way through and one regarding an irregular preparation of a calzone (always ordered it the same way, this time it came stuffed with a gallon of ricotta whereas normally outside of the first time I never even had to say no ricotta), and their response to rectify the issue for a regular customer was to offer 10% off. That’s 5% less than what you get ordering from their website your first time, which by the way, a member of the staff told me the first time was a rip off because the online prices are higher. I would call their food good but if that’s how they treat what is essentially a weekly customer if not twice a week, then they aren’t worth buying from. Have a feeling there was a change in management, but one way or the other I will never order here again, absolutely ridiculous. Side note, food took twice as long to get here according to their estimation. EDIT: Call them and ask for a manager, anyone that answers is apparently clear to call themselves a manager… on top of that, allegedly the owners name is Adam, records on the internet indicate that to be a total lie. So pretty much anyone working there can say they are in charge, it’s directly out of a Dave Chappelle skit ?
They have some good consistent pizza I usually order a pizza every week. I've been through all the chicopee pizza shops and for me this is the best. John's crust is to chewy. falls is inconsistent. But romanos is great mostly every time. Nice soft crisp crust plenty of cheese and the sauce has a good flavor.
Pizza had a tasty and crisp crust. Delivery to hotel was very convenient. A good find!

Ordered my food online while I was outside in the parking lot at 6:00p today. I got my confirmation by email at 6:01p walked in at 6:21p to see if the food was ready and the lady in the front couldn’t find it. Turns out she was too busy talking with a customer about an Amazon job that she never realized the paper printed. Then she lied and said oh it just printed which was a complete lie. I walked out and told her to cancel the order and she was like ok bye. Rudest person def should not be working there .
Dont recall going into place. Is it in Westfield or Chicopee? Went to joint in Westfield thought it was Romanos but could be wrong. If in Chicopee never been cant give review. Sorry!
