Their popcorn shrimp and chicken strip combo was really good! Plenty of food for the price and super tasty
They are always out of something, sometimes they even run out of chicken, they take forever when they're never busy, food is often missing or changed. theres just no standards. chicken tastes good.
Says they open at 10 am but it was 10:20 am and they were not open. I saw some lights on inside but nothing.... I just wasted most of my lunch break coming here so I'm a little mad lol
NEVER AGAIN:The cashiers were far too concerned with talking to an employee that was "ordering food." Could barely pay attention to my order. Handed my receipt while still continuing his conversation with the employee "ordering food." (No food was ordered.)More than 80% of them don't even wear gloves while handling food. One of them even grabbing the clamp side of the tongs with their bare hands.Took several ppl to realize that my order was done before they bagged it up for me...almost a 15 minute wait for a 5 piece meal...
Closing time so I understand they didn't have much. Chicken tenders taste rubbery and more like a chicharronKids that worked there were kind, Food is TRASH and waste of money
Never have had a bad experience like this before. Wish I could give half a star. Got my order completely wrong. Workers were trying to convince me what not to order. Starting the item will take long or that they could not make more. Mean while this was after work. Spent $30 on food I did not enjoy.
Cold and Robbed. Horrible service; you can see the workers preparing food without gloves. I hope the board of health acts on this. The order was missing to large sides. The food was cold. The 14 piece tenders came only to be 8 tenders.
I like the food but the employees at the Chicopee,Ma location don't seem to care about what they are doing, they act like they don't want to be there and most don't know how to count, today was the 2nd time that I ordered a family size deal and both times they got the count wrong, this time I ordered the 10pc special for 5 people and got 8pcs and a half a wing, I tried calling but no answer, going to stop in tomorrow to talk to the manager. This location needs an overhaul.
Wow! I hadn't been to Popeyes in 30 years. Last time I went to one, it was at a highway rest stop in Maine. That's about as far from Louisiana as you're gonna get!I didn't know what to order, so I just went with the foolproof standby, chicken tender meal. Chicken was extra crispy (sorry Colonel) and the biscuit was awesome. I chose fries as a side because they are easy to eat on the road. Glad I did, they were crispy and seasoned wonderfully.I hear they're building a Popeyes in my town, so I can't wait, now that I know what I'm missing!
Stopped by at 9:45pm on Friday, 2/18 (online says open until 11pm Fridays). Staff said they were closed and had no food (they were cleaning). I went down the street to Chick Fil A instead.I hope their management or owner sees this - may as well change your hours if staff don't want to stay open. Are you paying people to work until 11pm even if they're done way earlier?
