Excellent neighborhood pizza chop. I mean "SHOP". Even the name is great! ?I have yet to order something I was dissatisfied with. The wide variety of available options on the menu means you're guaranteed to find something you'll enjoy.I highly recommend the steak and cheese with grilled onions, peppers and mushrooms along with extra cheese and mayo. Absolute BEST grinder I have ever had!
Some weeks ago i ordered a hot sausage sandwich and when my meal arrived you can tell the sausage was from the night before. It was very very dry. Briana the receptionist was very helpful and sweet and gave me a 6 dollar credit. After a few weeks I decided to use my credit. As i called a gentle man answered the phone and was rude form the beginning. I placed my order and when i mentioned my credit the man simply stated' well you wait for Brianna i am not messing with any of that stuff and took my number and just hung up. Briana then called back and was her usual sweet self and wonderful at processing my credit. As my food arrived after a few bites i found a hair that was about a good 8 inches long in my food. As i called back to just let them know and not ask for another order just a refund to my card i can hear the same gentleman in the back round say "Well tell him to go to another restaurant'. This is horrendous customer service on his end. We are a big medical facility that orders from here very much. Brianna was very nice apologetic and her customer service is to good for this place. Take notes from her my guy. Also Brianna did refund me the full amount. Very miserable man working there. Will never see a penny from the majority of our office.
RUDE DISGUSTING SERVICE & OWNER ?Never dealt with a store OWNER that can't take CORRECTIVE CRITICISM‼️When trying to come to a common ground about the service we received the OWNER (Dave) decided it was best to turn to RIDICULING & INSULTING his customers.When they tried to satisfy our demands they became PETTY & started to THREATEN us. As far as responding by telling us TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO ORDER FROM.As we shall. Excellent pizza! Fresh. Dough was delish and crispy bottom throughout and sauce is amazing. Loved they provide fresh chopped basil on side to add yourself. No better way to have fresh basil. Smart chef! First time tried through grubhub. Even though an hour from order to delivery, worth it. 5 stars for the pizza. The bifana was seasoned different then elsewhere, more like charcoal grill then marinated in typical Portuguese seasonings so not to my personal taste but a great buy nonetheless. Small caesar salad very generous and fresh.

We came all the way from Eastlong meadow because I heard about their coliflower pizza, the food wasn't bad however the service was wack . We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, small chicken and broccoli, a coliflower chicken and broccoli, and a large order of wings, when we arrive they some how had a party size pizza on the order and no coliflower pizza, my wife said we never ordered a party size pizza, to which the owner replied in a very aggressive tone what are we supposed to do with it now eat it. My wife explained she has no problem paying for what she ordered but they obviously got the order wrong. If it were me I would have left it all right there but being the Saint she is, she still waited until they made the coliflower pizza.
