This pizza place Rocks !!!!!! The food is awesome , the staff is awesome , and so is the atmosphere. Should you arrive early to pick up your to go order just grab a seat and enjoy some great tunes.
I went yesterday to buy a Grinder ham and cheese ltr Hot and I must say it was not great at all, when I unwrapped it all the ham was outside of the bread, only 2 slices of bread, very little lettuce and it was like warm. I have this place an honest try but I won't be coming back. All the people that were there preparing the food all have to be retrained. ? lost my business.

Awesome place! Great people, very inviting and friendly :) the atmosphere in there was very cool and to top it all off the grinder I got was one of the best grinders I’ve ever had! I got the Foghorn Leghorn. The campfire sauce was out of this world and the Gouda slices were rediculously good
This pizza restaurant is the absolute BEST around! The quality of the food and the excellent taste is very satisfying. We have tried three different kinds of pizzas so far and all were fantastic. This is a family business and they are always gracious and welcoming. Give them a try. You will be pleasantly surprised!! A+++++
Absolutely terrible customer service! The lady taking orders was so rude. My whole office ordered this forgot a pizza then said oh well i wrote what i heard. Not to mention the boneless chicken was soggy af! Gross ?
After several calls with a very helpful and friendly young lady our order was placed. My son and daughter in law picked up the order on their way here from Westfield. It was our first time ordering from Lanz O'Learys but it definitely won't be our last.My husband said his BLT grinder was delicious and was best he ever had. I had the meat calzone and it was huge and the yummiest I ever had. The bread is amazing and the sauce for dipping was fresh and well seasoned. I had everyone try it and still had leftovers!My 6 yr old granddaughter had the cheese and pepperoni pizza and said, Me'mere this is the best pizza ever!My son and daughter in-law had the big mac pizza, they ordered a large and were in shock when they handed him a pizza box that is normally the size of a party size!I tried it as well and it was so good!We can't wait to try many if the other items on their menu.And all the reviews I read on the Chicopee forum were right The employees/owners are so nice. Rare to get such good service, great food, and made to feel like they truly care about their customers and the quality of their food. Cudos to Lanz O'Learys, you have two new families who will be loyal customers.Thank you ?
The quality and taste of this pizza far exceeds any pizza in Chicopee. I highly recommend Lanz O’Learys. Not only is their pizza far superior for the area, but their grinders and twice baked potatoes are excellent also. If you’re a fan of Red Robin campfire sauce, they have their own campfire sauce that tastes just like Red Robins. Great for dipping fries or onion rings. The staff is wonderful. They were very friendly and treated us like family. This is a must try place! Support local businesses!
Very friendly and welcoming staff, and the pizza was great: cheese and toppings tasted fresh and the crust was that nice mix of crunch & pull. Only issue was they were out of pepperoni, but they were honest about it and I would personally rather a place ran out vs. having 5 tons of old, frozen ingredients jammed in an old freezer. Found my new "take out" spot. ?
