A recommendation that turned out GREAT! Had a chance to eat at Milano’s while overnighting in Chicopee. It was recommended by a friend who lives there along with a claim that he eats there “at least once a week”. We were NOT disappointed! We arrived toward the end of the dinner hour on a Friday and the place was well packed with diners. Didn’t try the pizza but everything we did eat was “MOST EXCELLENT”. The appetizer was the soup of the day, a chowder of sorts and probably could have stopped without any more food. But alas, a Caesar salad was next…and then...we enjoyed among us, two of the specials, Baked Scrod (two large, moist, delicious, jumbo portions) and a combo seafood dish over pasta alfredo as well as the house lasagna (don’t look now but this is one heck of a pile of pasta). Every last morsel was cooked perfectly. Portions, were incredibly large and, darn it, we were staying in a hotel and couldn’t bring a “doggie bag” of leftovers. Two of us could have eaten the leftover lasagna for breakfast the next day…soooo much food! Our server was gracious, friendly, attentive, and fun. We could not have asked for anything more from Milano’s as it certainly exceeded any preconceived notions of a small Italian restaurant in Chicopee! Chicopee has an Italian Restaurant and it IS good! Highly recommended that when you go...go HUNGRY! I’d love to go back.
Food is always amazing. Their specials for the day are no joke. You should always order them because they don't make them again for a while. Portions are huge. Wait staff is pleasant. Their bread with dipping sauce is to die for!
The pizza here took my breath away. I’ve never had a pizza that tasted so good, it felt like there was a lot of love put into it. The peanut butter chocolate cheesecake was to die for! And the drinks are so delicious. The staff is wonderful. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for quality.
The atmosphere is warm and comfortable. When the place is full it can be a bit loud but that didnt bother me. The food is one of a kind. I got the chicken broccoli alfredo and the sauce was... The best I have had. The staff was phenomal and made sure we were well taken care of and happy. The menu has plenty of options for the whole family! There is a bar u can sit at. The only thing i wish they had was a larger alcohol selection(no ciders) but it was still so good!

Great food. Huge portions! Friendly efficient service. The calamari appetizer was different from before, but still great, served with a smoky red sauce. Great salad before dinner. Also the bread was better than before. SOoo much food! Always delicious and plentiful portions. Great kitchen!

Very delicious Italian food! I ordered the mussels for an appetizer and they were so much bigger than what I expected but most of all super fresh ! Staff were all friendly and very helpful. I loved how they made sure my table was clean from any dishes I was finished with. Definitely going back!
Milano's is a great place to eat! Their food is excellent! I was first recommended here when I moved to Massachusetts in 2019 by my co-workers at the Springfield post office, and I am so glad I took them up on it! The staff is super friendly even when they are at their busiest! They still attend to you as if you are the only person there! I did take out from them and had the Hawaiian pizza and grabbed some of their homemade canolis. They didn't have any canolis ready but took the time out to make 12 of them to go for me! This restaurant is WELL WORTH EVERY DOLLAR YOU SPEND HERE! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! Thank you to the entire staff at Milano's!!!
