This has got to be THE worst McDonald's EVER! These people have no idea what they're doing and frankly I don't think they even care. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and she rang in a sausage egg biscuit. I explained to her that I wanted cheese on it and she told me they come with cheese. When I finally received my order, no cheese and 2 hash browns were thrown in the bag, dripping with grease. I asked her to remake the whole order and once again I got it with no cheese. I finally asked her to just give me a piece of cheese and I'll put it on myself. Also, had an egg Mcmuffin that was barely toasted. Someone, whom I assumed was the manager, was walking around eating a hash brown where the customers could see.
We usually go all the time but lately they been messing up our order we always always get double cheese burgers plain but they been messing it up every time so them I'm stuck there longer for them to fix it and my coupons from app haven't been working and girl at register is not willing to fix it she just tells me it's not working and I don't know why she did it to girl in front of me last time and I plan on using my coupons from app and I end up paying alot more then I planned because she's unwilling to check why I got the credits on my app just not the offered discount
The quality of the food has gone down to 0. The service is awful. The burgers are so thin that if you hold burger patty to the light you could see right through it. The cheeseburgers should cost .50 cent and the hamburger should cost .25 because that's the quality you are getting.
Drive through Horrible experience, the fat lady called the one with a black shirt and a big tattoo (which is a girl as well) they charged me for the order of the front person who left speeding and I assuming it was because a bad service; then they changed me for my order; Exactly they charged me twice and I realized it because I am always paying attention to my bank transactions… I called the restaurant and I still waiting on the promise that they will call me back. This is a situation that I will resolve putting a red flag on that transaction but you know what? I will never trust in them anymore. Horrible, disrespectful, cheating, stealing, the worst ?
This McDonald's is a hit or a miss. Meaning you can get lucky and get your food hot or cold. And most of the time you get your food cold. Unless you go at lunch time that's when you get your food hot.
I got my food delivered to my car in less than 5 minutes and everything was done right order through the app you save money and get better deals
We did a mobile order. Did the curb side because when we do drive-thru we always get parked to wait for our order. It took maybe 10 minutes by the time we received our food. We checked our food to make sure we had everything, we were missing a fish fillet. Waited 15 minutes longer for the fish fillet. When we got home with the meal, came to find out that my daughter had ordered a lemonade not a Hi- C orange juice. It seems that in this McDonald's, we either have something missing, we get the wrong thing, or they never have anything.
Customer service is been better then what it use too be
4 (sandwiches) chicken/hamburger/or fries-your combination choices for $7....or 2 for $3.50..any size sodas for $1...Yah-hoooo! Plus the other stuff you already (kinda) know!...Dave...
I bought a Double Quarter Pounder mule their large and I was not impressed with the way they built the burger half of the meat was completely off the bun yes the burger was enjoyable because I was hungry as hell but I do expect more out of McDonald's
