When ordering our food, my husband and I bought meals, 2 meals... which includes a drink and a cookie, so 2 cookies... one for each of us. We get back out to the car and come home. Sit down to enjoy our dinner. There were no cookies.
Bad service. I went there today at 8:30 they ran out of everything I wanted to order. It says they are open till 11:00 pm. Don't bother going there at night . when I was leaving one of the employees made a sarcastic comment to me. Very rude!
The guy at the window didn't give us part of our order after telling him 3 times. The manager came over and was rude and talking over us.
It's not like it used to be. Meals here are getting very pricey. The coleslaw is my favorite thing on their menu. Not much of the potato fan. Don't like mashed with gravy
We got take out last night,family meal, chicken, fries, slaw and biscuts the chicken was just not up to par this time (have gotten food their many times over the years) and the cole slaw had a odd odor to it. Just not what we are used to getting at this restaurant.
Don't bother with this place. They may as well close at 8:00 PM because they stop making half the menu around then. I have been here 3 or 4 times over the past month or two at around 8:00-9:30 PM, and they've told me they don't have any sandwiches. The place is supposed to be open until 11:00 PM, yet they stop making food 3 hours early. I was so angry this time, I said, "This seems to happen a lot here." The employee responded, "Oh, that only happens at night." No apology, nothing. Is what the customer wants important at all here? It seems like their are lazy employees and/or lazy management here and the quality is slipping. I suggest they get their act together. Their is a lot of competition on Memorial drive and I'll be dining elsewhere.
Very rude and disrespectful customer service threw the drive thru for a door dash pick up! Waited 22 minutes for a ten minute order
I'm a Lil upset just placed an order of the 5 tenders meal that supposedly come with 2 sauces, i even ordered an extra sauce and I didn't get any?? Guess I'm stuck eating dry tenders
Enjoyed the remodel of the building. Chicken is good. Customer service was a little lacking last time I was there. They forgot about my order so I had to go to the counter and they were able to get my order done on the spot but generally get a good customer experience. There is a somewhat concerning area in the back that is sinking the concrete that really needs to be addressed or it could present a danger to the parking lot.
