I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO DUNKIN DONUTS AGAIN. They have lost my two coffees a day business and Starbucks will be my new home. For the third time in the past 2 months I waited over 25 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. To the point where other customers were pointing it out to the manager. I told her I’ve been standing at this window waiting for 25 minutes, to which she responded you need to listen better and pay attention someone else took your food. Afterwards she told me they would remake it then threw a freezing cold bag of food at me. The food I received was cold and both of my coffees were made completely wrong. I understand mistakes happen and they are understaffed, I have been more than patient the past two years. But the unprofessional employees is beyond me. I spend at least $50 a week at this store and now I will never go back.
Ordered a large matcha latte. I got a large mocha latte even though the sticker says matcha. Also have been getting medium drinks instead of the large ones at least once a month
Just lodged a formal complaint at HQ for not correcting your multiple potholes in your drive throughfor a year. Stop being cheap...they dont even care to put a plate over them. Shameful. I hope someone sues this location when their axel breaks.
Horrible service they don’t take orders correctly this place has gone downhill trust me i am not going there anymore

Love this place, but sadly couldn’t visit them. Thursday 12/16 7:10pm and the place is closed. Hope it’s nothing serious and they reopen in the morning or even later tonight since I thought they were 24/7
Get your coffee here but don’t expect a bathroom to use.
Only Dunkin I know of that doesn't allow customers to use restroom or purchase ice water would rather go to Starbucks down the street and pay more and get better customer service.
This place always screws up your order no matter if it's busy or not!
Donuts are good and so is the coffee
