Great and fast service and they gave our dogs a munchkin

Never have any problems! There always quick! Also my food is always nice fresh and hot!
Love this place, but sadly couldn’t visit them. Thursday 12/16 7:10pm and the place is closed. Hope it’s nothing serious and they reopen in the morning or even later tonight since I thought they were 24/7
The person at the register was very friendly. We all ordered the pumpkin spice signature latte and of all the Dunkin's we've visited, they made the perfect drink. If I'm in Chicopee, I'd go back and keep my fingers crossed that the staff that was there today will be there on my revisit.
Avoid coming to this location if you're driving for door dash. I've been left sitting there waiting for an order plenty of times only to have customers walk in and get their stuff before me and walk out. It's not necessarily a bad Dunkin' but they definitely don't care about their doordash drivers.
How is a bathroom out of service for months on end? What kind of business let’s their facilities rot like that? Just be honest and say you don’t want to clean the bathrooms or that covid has affected their availability. If I can’t trust your honesty or possible cleanliness here I can’t trust you to make my coffee or food.
