This location is one of the worst dunkins I've ever been to. They don't pay attention to the pre ordering system, employees don't show up to work with any consequences and employees flat out lie to customers
Service is terrible complained before same old terrible staff

Going through drive thru on Memorial drive Chicopee around 1245am on a Thursday morning. The employee taking order was very courteous and friendly. Drove up to the window and was greeted by a huge smile. Very nice to see at this time of night. Paid for food. Received it quickly. Hot and fresh. Great service. I believe the employees name was Ashley. Great hair too!! Definitely will be back.
This store is always understaffed. Management needs to fire more people. It’s pretty clear the employees are getting burnt out. Showed up today @ 8:45 & they were serving through the drive through. It’s late so I ask if they’re still open - they say yes that it’ll just be a minute. I wait 5 minutes and go inside & they’re clearly not there or responsive. I get wanting to GTFO of work after a long day where you’re likely the only person there (looking at u corporate) but next time just lmk you’re closed.
Quick and professionalism with a hint of customer interaction. Now thats what I needed after picking up a snack.
